Came to Dr. Greenthumb's to buy some CBD Oil for anxiety and help with sleeping. The employees were all friendly and informative. Friendliness truly goes a long way when it comes to new customers. The woman that helped me (can't remember her name) did a good job at explaining the difference in CBD to THC ratios. I ended up getting a 2:1 ratio. Also, this shop has the best deal when it comes to CBD oil. I'm fairly new to dispensaries because I don't really smoke. Mite infested clones (see pics). I drove up from Long Beach to pick up some up some dark heart clones. The shop looks nice from the front and inside, but when you start looking at the strains you will notice that only about 25% of them are actually in stock. I asked about a strain and bud tender said oh we haven't had that in a long time. Why is the jar still on display then? I guess they need to give the appearance of a huge shop with all this variety to justify long waits in line and high prices. I ask about the clones and the budtender says they just sold them sorry. I had called in advance less than an hour prior. She says they have more in the back but only their "clone guy" David handles them. Ok it happens... I'll try again tomorrow. Day 2 I call in advance, they say can't hold them for you first come first serve. I make the 30 min drive up there again. David goes to the back of the shop and brings out some clones. I take a quick peek and ask him a few questions about how they've been cared for so far. They have ropes keeping you about three feet from the counter so it wasn't easy to inspect them. My mistake was having faith in this shop to sell safe quality products and I didn't check them closely. I assumed the dark heart brand would carry some quality? No. By the time I got home i realized they sold me the worst mite-infested clones you've ever seen. Had to make another hour round trip to get a refund - minus the gas money, time, and the tip I originally left. David acted like he couldn't believe it and had no idea. If his job is to manage the clones then he needs to be replaced. I've had to sterilize everything in sight and hope I've seen the last of this shop's bugs. I should have really went over them closely before I left the shop. B real should be ashamed having any affiliation with this place, it's a bigger joke than his recent music. BUYER BEWARE read more

Well worth the drive. My experience was mind blowing. I pulled into the parking lot and they certainly have a lot parking spots, plus+ curbside. (Curbside can be either Weedmaps or phone order) -this is a plus+ when I need to hold my order till I arrive; As I walked to the front door there is a red carpet with ropes, which made it feel like I was walking the red carpet to buy the stuff that I could usually get from a trap shop. First time patient so I received a discount for the items i picked up. 20% wasn't bad off my entire order. My budtender told me about the daily specials so that I could return on those specific days. Having to stand behind the blue line while trying to hear her speak thru her mask was something I guess we all have to get used to. As far as prices, for CBD there wasn't a noticeable difference from other dispensaries that I could tell. Dr, Greenthumbs is like visiting an apple store. I can easily spend all day there and drop lots of cash. I was in a rush so I didn't' linger too much but they have everything. I was surprised to see that they had volcano vaporizers for sale. Most shops have them as a special order but the Dr. was stacked and loaded behind their cases. The store was clean and well organized. The Staff was friendly and overall felt safe and welcoming. Other shops just look shady with iron doors and dim parking lots. Similar to seeing iron bars on your GF bedroom windows, you know your are in a bad area. The amount of lights on inside the shop was more comforting than armed security. Nothing bad ever happens with that amount of light. Roaches hate that!
