I've bought many products from this store, and the selection and quality is soooo much better than the other smoke shops. I'm not a nicotine fan but i will smoke weed in any form. When I found out from the owner that they were planning on getting dab rigs I was ecstatic as they only had bongs for flower. Then when I showed up they had Puffco!!! A little bit pricier in store than online on Puffco's website but I wanted to support the store and pay extra for the convenience. I saw that they had a purple puffco (please refer to pictures) and I asked the guy running the store to confirm that it was purple and he did. He rung it up, gave it to me, and did not give me a receipt. Given, I didn't ask for one because what am I gonna return right? But lo and behold when I cracked that bad boy open my excitement fell as it was a cream color. No receipt, open packaging, and a rig with a different color. I was even debating on if I should take it back because this was a crazy situation. I didn't want anyone to think that I switched out rigs or anything or think that I bought it from somewhere else because I didn't have the receipt. I took it back and there was a different guy, Jason. I was mentally preparing to tell this crazy ass truth and bracing to be told that I'm crazy/ i didn't purchase it here, etc. Let me just say that it was very unexpected (in a good way). Jason did not doubt me at all, and took the time to explain to me that the LED lights in the store can change the color of the packaging (crazy right? How much of a shade difference that is) and was able to print my receipt. The receipt said that the item was "desert" color instead of purple. I don't blame the guy that helped me out for the puffco purchase earlier because the package does look purple, but I wish he double checked when he scanned the item to charge me since it did definitely say Desert color on the receipt. But I digress, he could have been having an off day. There wasn't a purple puffco in the store that I could exchange it for; but Jason was very accommodating and made things right. He handled it with grace and poise and also apologized to me for this situation even though he wasn't the one that caused it. How Jason handled the situation really made me feel valued as a regular customer. He didn't check out my purchase incorrectly nor is it his fault for the LED lights. Honestly this situation was just weird as the box does look genuinely purple so I don't hold anything against the guy that sold it to me either. Just this interaction was very wholesome and I truly appreciate Jason and the shop owner who were willing to accommodate me and this super weird situation. I plan on staying with this Smoke Shop. They truly make me feel like I am a part of their family/store. Thank you so much to Jason for being patient with me and explaining everything in detail without being annoyed as I did come closer to closing time. If you're reading this as a customer please give this shop a shot. They have never done me wrong and the quality in both products and customer service is stellar with absolutely no complaints. If the owner of the shop is reading this please give Jason a raise/ promotion. The way he handled this was manager tier level. If you made it this far, I hope you enjoyed my wholesome rant. You are seriously missing out if you don't visit this shop.
