A business should prioritize informed recommendations over aggressive upselling. The store was also clearly understaffed, with only two employees assisting customers during a busy period. -- The entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly managed. I usually go to catalyst and I love that place so I was a little skeptical coming here at first. I was kind of excited though because they advertised 40% off the whole store for this weekend. The lady who attended me didn't seem very knowledgeable of the deals. I would ask for the best deals and the product she showed me seemed fairly expensive. I basically had to ask the price of everything cause she wasn't being helpful at all. I'm not sure if maybe shes just new or something but I think I'll stick to catalyst where I get clear information and amazing customer service. read more

got this from the chronic today for spending *100$* thats pretax and after discount applied before purchase tho hidden surcharge much anyways so i ended up HAVING to spend 147$ for my 2 wax n 7g topshelf supposedly discounted at 40-50% off which one isnt mathing cuz it would be 105 pre tax with discount applied then taxed for 42 thas damn near 30% tax which means i net a wopping 20% discount realistically if my original price using the tax adjustment before discount was 240~ about 96$ in savings is pretty standard buisness lol personally in my opinon the house always wins yes but what im saying is when the worth doesnt equate to cost consumers spent the better deals get lose value for example one item i got is normally onsale at the same rate while i was able to snag the others for a cool deal. So final take basically unless you double up by being first 50 to also get a gift bag cuz the *100$* bags are also limited i think and if so there were less available by my visual count than the free goodie bags meaning i got lucky that they barely had 3 *100$* bags left and plenty more goodie bags. I had to get there at 6am so im grateful that they are close by tho but see ya next year I hope they improve the transparency cuz what really even is this what did i get lol still cool they do this the wknd but like I remember getting more quality over quanity in the past from here which was important to me at least, this just seems like filler i wasnt looking for, doesnt entice me to much but this is not a problem its a nice additive...btw last i checked i could buy an OZ but gifted more as promo but the bud tender informed me that the legal limit OZ u can purchase per visit was also included the promo weight is that true?...doesnt seem like it lol Overall im Satisfied the wait wasnt unbearable and all considered living in Cali has its perks! Came in today after not smoking for a year looking to pick up some goodies and my budtender was horrible. Her name was Natalie L. Her customer service was bad. She didn't greet me. She wasn't helpful at all. The whole experience was as if I was bothering her or something. Over all I picked out weed I'm familiar with and it was good. But she was practically no help. It took them 2 hours to even begin packing my order. Now its been 3 hours and my delivery order hasn't even left the store, and ive beeen quoted another 2 hours. I live 10 miles away and somehow it would have been quicker to walk there and back. On top of that, as they have been every time I've ordered, they're out of two of the items I reqThey are SUPER incompetent. Modern inventory software will adjust your e-commerce page for you, so being out of 2-4 items on EVERY order just shows you have no idea how to run a business. I was coming here for last 2 years . It was great until I had to return a product that did not work properly . I would usually buy 3 products at a time . Indica to go to sleep . Yesterday when I opened the last product to use it did not work . I tried to exchange it but the manager refused . You could tell they it was full and was not used , but still refused . This has been my go-to dispensary because they've got a good variety of products, but up until today. I was helped by Moses, and that has to be the worst customer service I've ever gotten. I bought almost $200, but every time I'd ask for something, this guy had to drag his feet for everything. I don't know if he was just trying to get the line moving, but honestly, I like to take my time and know what I'm getting before I buy it. I've had good experiences here but I've also had some rough around the edges experiences where the staff doesn't even know the deals going on in store and it could make a hell of a difference and then you have flirty / weird girl staff who keep touching their entire outfits and shoulders and everything while talking to you which is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Just do what you gotta do and serve people the good quality products that they go for ! Great selection I just would personally rather deal with someone who's there to get me set with the best and good experience not people who only ask you "what do you want". Cool spot, they just need to have their prices/deals on display. Maybe on a few of the many screens they have up? I walk in and never know what specials are going on or how much stuff costs. I really like when places advertise the price "out the door" so you don't have to calculate discounts/taxes in your head. Oh and their ATM often has issues connecting to the wifi so bring cash. Again, cool spot but could benefit from having a framed piece of paper with their daily/weekly/holiday deals. It might also encourage people to try brands they haven't tried before. read more

this shop has good products but when you ask the bud tenders you need an indica for sleep and a relaxing strain they give you what they want to sell, I was given what they recommended and i was up all night with my mind racing and had to take the day off.
