I didn't realize I'd traveled back to 2008. Apparently their entire staff calls this an "Android port." The battery is so old it probably won't hold a charge. I recommend coming here if you're looking for a Nokia.

It was... aggressive. But I figured, hey, maybe it works despite the flavor. Fast forward about an hour and I have never felt so disoriented in my life. The room was spinning like I had just stepped off a carnival ride I did not sign up for. Intense nausea. Sweating. Completely out of it. I ended up in my friend's bathroom getting sick multiple times and missing the entire party. At one point I genuinely considered going to the hospital because that's how bad it felt. This was not a mild "oops too strong" moment. It was a full-blown "why did I do this to myself" experience. I even woke up the next morning still nauseous. I would not go back. Ever. Not even for free

When I asked about current deals, the young lady appeared unfamiliar with their own promotions, reflecting a noticeable lack of product knowledge and customer awareness. A business should prioritize informed recommendations over aggressive upselling. The store was also clearly understaffed, with only two employees assisting customers during a busy period. -- The entire experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly managed. Management should invest in better customer service training and adequate staffing, because no amount of quality inventory can compensate for customer service that leaves people feeling ignored rather than valued.

Once I got my order and opened it in my car, the hash was cracked. I went back inside to exchange it and they were rude about it and replaced it as a "courtesy". Didn't allow me to open it in store to ensure it was fine - spoiler alert, it wasn't. Almost seems like they had a power outage and some hash got ruined but instead of taking accountability shifted the blame towards me for their unstable conditions. Usually I have no problems here which is why I make the drive, but next time I'll just order delivery and save my time. Hoping yall can make this right.
