This place is a joke! Called them beforehand to see if they had something in stock for me to pick up. Girl on the phone said they did, drove there on my lunch break only to be told by another worker that they haven't had it in stock for awhile. Doesn't seem like any of the workers know anything or care enough to actually help out a customer. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will be my last. So this review will not be coming down like the other one. After you guys handled my issues in a really fantastic way I was so appreciative about it, that I deleted my original yelp review. And now I get a message from somebody saying that you guys got nuked too. Alluding to also being scammed by nukes and those are out of your store and you'd like to refund my money. Only I go in there and tell them that, and they look at me like I'm trying to scam them. Nothing is in my file, so I just look like a crazy person . Your stoned budtender barely understood me. Maybe don't get that baked at work. See cause it's a job and I'm a customer. In the end I was refunded 40 bucks because someone heard me and made a call to a manager. Been a loyal customer of Greenwolf for years but for the past month or two they've had almost no inventory. No selection on vape carts, almost no pre rolls, flower is incredibly limited. Second time coming into the shop I bought a muha med 1g cart , a 2 days later it ends up leaking and covered in wax ( defective cart) . I go back in the next morning to get a replacement, but I get denied because I don't have the PACKAGING!!. Lucky , I even had the receipt on me !!.. I get turned down with no kind of help or a solution. They need the packaging to cover the shops A$$ and to get "credited" as the bud tender said. How about my A$$? , how about the customer??? This is an issue with the management and general vibe of the store. I come here every week, because it's close to my house and my roommate is battling serious health conditions and can't walk. I purchased an eighth and didn't clearly inspect the jar. When I got it home the top was half twisted off. So I brought it back and spoke to the manager. He didn't want to work with me, and fully broke the seal in front of me so I didn't have proof anymore that they sold me a tampered package and didn't want to exchange the flower at all. They ended up giving me something from the back but not what I originally purchased. (He refused to so I said ok) and I had to go into the whole chronically ill health story and the weed was for a cancer survivor. Like why do I have to tell you all the reasons to be a decent human? The business sold a defective product, why am I working twice as hard for your mistake? Weed is a controlled substance, it's the businesses responsibility to make they're not defective or open. This place has good prices, and 3 nice budtenders. Will probably go back bc it's 2 blocks from my house and with a chronically ill person and a budget. But if I had more options and money I wouldn't shop here. Sorry to the nice ppl who work here. But the majority are snide, including the security guards, idk why. read more

I like this dispensary, for one thing it's convenient and close to my place, I normally order my gummies and a few select hybrid and sativa's online then just drive there to go pick it up, I'm pretty much in and out of there in all the times I've bought some goodies. The place is nice, cheery and bright (or was I just way too happy) the girls has always been cordial and nice, but yeah, I know you ladies probably don't want to cover up those pretty faces but please wear your mask s'il vous plaît. It protects you, others and the business, hate to see you guys get penalize for not practicing city mandate.
