This dispensary is ok if you go to their online menu and check all available strains or products so you can choose what works for your needs. The reason for my rating is because the staff is running this dispensary like high school students; they are misleading customers to buy the opposite of the product you ask for, so their just trying to push out what they can't sell What a notice on multiple occasions that they don't treat every customer the same , I feel like there's a little bit of (stereotyping /discriminating ) going on here so please look out . This dispensary is I little bit pricey. Not worth it for me You always feel cheated here So am sticking to my regular dispensary from now on . Now the parking lot is not adequate for the traffic they require so customers have issues parking so now they are parking in the surrounding streets and parking lots causing problems with locals. Catalyst nails it as always! I have been to several of Catalyst's other locations (San b, Pomona, El Monte) and they are all amazing, and this one is just as good! For starters their selection is always top tier, I have never gone in and they were sold out of what I wanted; they also are always stocked up on their promos! The promos here are the best value you will get, for cartridges at least. They carry roves for a reasonable price and you can always get more than you were there for with the deals that they offer. Don't go here!! If you use your debit card to pay, they charge 3.50, and then the bank charges you again because of their setup. Prices seem good, but not when I get charged 8$ per transaction just in fees, fees that they don't mention to you or warn you about or post anything about it at all. Scam!! I will recommend everyone I know not to go here, they are dishonest and ripping people off. Also, they won't let you talk to a manager on the phone, I had to go back, was told they dont have to mention their service charges because it's a courtesy, wrong!! Used to be four or five stars but today some kid decided he had to tell me that I had to wait in line, when I've never ever had that happen to me when I visited before. Be careful ordering online here. I placed an order online for 2, 2g bucket of 710 persy rosin badder and after I paid it turned out to be - 1g water hash buckets. I drove back to the store to receive a refund or an exchange and was denied. They almost made it seem like it was my fault for this clerical mistake. They need to train their employees on how to properly label products that consumers are able to order online. This is false advertisement and this is definitely not the customers fault.
