Not using this place again. The order is usually wrong, as the website isn't updated regularly. They just replace what you ordered with whatever. They don't give the free pre rolls consistently and the last straw was they sold me a $25 space brownie and it was covered in mold when I opened it! They refused a Refund because it was after 48 hours of purchase. I order quite a bit and it takes time to consume them all, more than 2 days! So, I'm done with them. Very disappointed with Goldenleaf. My last couple of orders have been off. I've waited over 2 1/2 hours without getting an ETA. Had to call multiple times to get some type of help. A couple of moths ago, they were great. Idk where they're getting their product from lately. I've gotten opened 1/8ths. My Stiiizy pods have been opened. The last one I got on Friday had a crack on the mouthpiece like someone tried to take it off. Maybe fill it with something else, who knows ? The replacement pod I got sits super loose in my battery and doesn't hit at all. I tried to ask for a replacement but they told me no because they already replaced it once.. not my problem. So now that's $65 down the drain. My last few orders were missing product, which I had to wait over a hour to get. It's ridiculous. Definitely not wasting my money here anymore. I'm usually pretty satisfied with 420bird. They have good deals and pretty good service most of the time. However, I just had my worst experience with them. They sent me the wrong cartridge. I called to exchange and the guy said that they don't carry the one I want so I would have to buy a battery for the POD I never asked for. When I pointed out that they have it on their website, he called and half apologized for thinking they didn't have it but stated that it was "no problem" for them to exchange it (ok buddy you are doing ME the favor I guess).
