Both varieties on the shelf were marked $8.99. I brought one to the counter with a $20 bill in hand, and it rang up to just over $21. When I questioned it, the employee told me the tax was almost 50% of the cost. That explanation didn't make much sense, so I walked him over and showed him the $8.99 price tags. His response was a shrug and, "I'll let them know." That was it. No attempt to honor the posted price, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern that the shelf pricing appeared to be wrong. So I left. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was how little interest there seemed to be in fixing the problem. I won't be back. If you shop here, pay close attention to the prices you're charged.

Every time I end up with her, the simplest transaction turns into a 10-minute ordeal. Today I actually left empty-handed after standing there while she tried to process a very straightforward order. A shop this good deserves staff who can keep things moving. Please get more people trained up so customers aren't stuck waiting because one person can't get the system to cooperate.
