Atrium is located at the corner of Whitsett and Magnolia in Valley Village. There's plenty of street parking and also a free parking lot in the back. What stands out about this dispensary is the amount of the deals they offer! From the daily 15% discounts, BOGO, or goodie bags, I always get great deals. Atrium is a small dispensary but it's very modern and you're able to browse on your own since they allow one customer in at a time. If you're okay with overpaying for products that will be loaded with pesticides and much less potent than advertised, you've found your spot. I brought my unopened vape cartridge back with a receipt, telling the staff that I didn't want to use it. The QR code on the packaging is (by state law!) required to link to third party test results for the batch. The code led to nothing for me and I was unable to find any test results for the product. They insisted returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and that I wasn't eligible for any kind of refund, credit, or exchange. I'm a little grateful for that. Sure I'm out some money now but why would I want products that could potentially poison me? Did some research on the subject and was horrified to learn that Maven were the subject to a lawsuit after fabricating lab results about the safety and efficacy of their products. It's talked about in the 2024 LA Times article "The Dirty Secret of California's Legal Weed." Look it up and see for yourself if you don't believe me. I feel bad for the workers, the ones I dealt with were polite and helpful. It's management and their shady practices that are the problem!

They lowered the free delivery threshold to $40 minimum from $100. I tend to order delivery now so I can't really comment on wait times as I don't really go in anymore. I will say every blue moon there's an issue with deliveries. For example, things like the delivery drivers being out on lunch and having to wait 2 to 3 hours for a delivery. These are rare incidents though, most of the times delivery is smooth. I love the spot and hope they continue to thrive!

I ordered two jars of Cereal A La Mode flower, and they brought me one. They REFUSED to make it right. So, with the tip to the driver, and a gross little cookie I bought just to meet the deliver minimum, I spent $75 and received one 3.5g jar of what I actually wanted, which was on sale for $28. $47 down the toilet. I will type the long version at some point, but it's going to be a novel, and I left the MMD North Hollywood shop CRYING. That horrible experience took me so many days to process...I just don't even want to go over it again, and have the manager be dismissive AGAIN...so...I'll save the novel for now. Do not shop here. DEFINITELY do not order delivery. For Clarity: Weedmaps says my order came from the Hollywood location, but the receipt itself says North Hollywood. Both locations acknowledged my order, and neither accept responsibility. I will update with a picture of the receipt when I am back in town.
