This place has let me down again. Website is not up to date! What is the point of even having one? Is this a business? Lost a customer today. read more

William is the best! Super helpful and was able to get me exactly what I needed. Great local spot.

Shout out to Robert at Atrium Valley Village! Each time I visit our neighborhood dispensary, Robert has offered quality customer service in helping me get the best deal when buying products. Atrium is located at the corner of Whitsett and Magnolia in Valley Village. There's plenty of street parking and also a free parking lot in the back. What stands out about this dispensary is the amount of the deals they offer! From the daily 15% discounts, BOGO, or goodie bags, I always get great deals. Atrium is a small dispensary but it's very modern and you're able to browse on your own since they allow one customer in at a time. There's a variety of different brands and the budtenders here are very outgoing! read more

I needed help to navigate the world again and Anais LITERALLY walked me through the store and helped me make the right choices. She was honest and knowledgeable and I felt super at ease as I made my selection. Also HUGE selection here. Great neighborhood location. read more

The service here is outstanding! I came in looking for a hard to find product for my dog and not only did they have it, they had a lot of it in stock! I bought everything they had. I had been to the location in Woodland Hills, which is much bigger, but this is a pocket size location. It still suited what I needed. My husband has since been in and bought some flower that he was really pleased with. They have great deals for first timers; 30% off. Check out their sales on the last day of every month for even better deals. read more

Went in and was helped out by a woman named Shay I could feel that she takes her job seriously and actually cares about customers having a good experience. The vibe was calm, professional, and lowkey boss energy. If you get helped by her, just know you're in good hands. Definitely coming back because of the experience alone!!! read more

William was so quick and chill. Very helpful! Thank for all the help! Will keep coming back for more.

From the beginning, the employee assisting me was aggressive and pushy. I specifically asked for a cheap, not very strong weed oil, but he immediately tried to sell me the most expensive option. After I repeated that I didn't want something expensive, he finally showed me a cheaper one. When I got to the register, I changed my mind and asked if there was a single pre-roll that would be cheaper than the vape. He told me there was one for $14, so I clearly said I would go with the pre-roll instead of the vape. I handed him $100 cash, but he gave me change as if I had purchased both items. When I pointed it out and calmly explained that I only wanted the $14 pre-roll, he became angry and refused to return my money, saying there was "nothing wrong with the product." That wasn't the issue -- I simply did not want the vape and had already said I wanted the pre-roll instead. I had to ask for the manager. He told me she was on break and didn't know when she'd be back, but she came out shortly after and immediately refunded me without any problem. The situation could have been handled calmly and professionally from the start. Instead, it turned into an unnecessary argument. Very disappointing experience. read more

Anaïs was an absolute gem!! She listened to what I was looking for and her recommendation was absolutely fire!!! Will be coming again

Mia was a great help! Dispensary constantly has good deals, definitely recommend, and they have a wide selection of anything you'd want.

This place is the best and Mia is the greatest. She can tell you exactly what you need for the mood you are in and your budget. Ask for her! She is the most talented bud tender!! read more

Super chill spot. Excellent service and selection, new favorite shop. Adrian was the man, super helpful.

Our new favorite spot. Great deals and selection. Also very friendly staff, Robert was super helpful and kind!

I love this place. Mia is great and always so helpful! Everyone who works here is nice. Great neighborhood vibe.

Victor helped us and he was super awesome and knowledgeable! They have a lot of options including a lot of brands we love. We picked up some indica flower and a preroll and are super excited to try. This will be our new spot on Valley Village! read more

Atrium is one of the best dispensaries in the valley! They always have a great selection, great deals, and the staff are so friendly. Shout out to Kiara my favorite budtender she always remembers what I like to buy and always has a smile on her face! read more

My experience was short lived. I didn't even get to make it in the door! The security guard, Josh, scanned my ID and tried to convince me it was fake. He was also very rude. I'm from Florida and moved here last year; I've had no issues at any other dispensaries before but Josh insisted it looked "sus." Then my friend went in for me and he said the budtender was also rude. Looking at other reviews it sounds like this place isn't in the right hands. I was exited because they carry a brand that only a few places have but I'm definitely never come back now. read more

Great neighborhood spot for everything. Staff is always great. Shoutout to victor for all the help!

friendly bud tenders, great pricing! 5 star products along with a huge premium selection.

Surprised at how many stars this place has? It's terrible all around. 1 it's one of the most expensive clubs. They charge insane amounts for the same products other clubs charge less for. And 2, the service. It is so bad. At this location they only let one person into the club at a time and only have one worker ??? You have to sit and wait as if you're going in to get a massage. I'm not trying to spend 20 minutes waiting and discussing what I want. Just let me in quickly to buy. I only come here when I have no other choice / am in a rush / etc. terrible club. read more

I'm a paying customer here constantly. The staff is not complying with what the management has planned for the dispensary. Look at the cameras between 5:20 and 5:33 pm today. I'm not coming back. I did it previously when you wanted to smooth out the situation, but I've had enough of the disrespect. I'm going to make a purchase elsewhere today. Five people work in the store with one customer inside, they couldn't help. Aggressive and lazy security. read more

The general manager, Ty, contacted me and made an effort to remedy the situation. I was offered a sincere apology. I am still not happy with the original salesperson, but perhaps he was having a bad day. I am updating my rating to neutral, and I will see how this establishment handles a future transaction. read more

Sooooo there are many people who truly enjoy writing reviews. I'm not one of them. EXCEPT when the review needs to be addressed, and in this case, it truly is, I had the pleasure to have Olivia as my bud tender , it's funny how someone can become your confident while only talking about a strain of weed and effect desired. She was very detailed about the answers to my questions and she truly seems to enjoy the beauty of cannabis. Now you may say that I'm biased (because yes, she has one of those radiant smile ) and you would be completely right, but that being said, I don't review on every cute girl I've seen in LA but at least this this one ( the lady and not the smile/ physics only) deserved to be written about. So thank you for being good at what you do because passion is impossible to teach, but so very enjoyable to watch. read more

I've been here a few times and most of my experiences have been bad. their pricing is the highest out of every dispensary i've been to but there's a couple products that they sell that i'd have to drive really far to be able to get so I just bite the bullet and come here for them. after today, I think I have no issue driving though. I walked in to pick up a few drinks and the person who checked me in was giving an odd look to my license for a minute. after scanning it he says "no way your parents actually named you jezabelle. thats crazy thats actually your name" in a rude tone. I was in disbelief that a grown man was bullying me about my name. won't ever be coming back. read more

Best weed and excellent customer service I highly recommend recommend this place and its location is closed to both Hollywood and the valley, the best part is you'll always find parking read more

Great place, helpful people! Thank you Robert, Ruben, and Josh for hosting such a great neighborhood place.

The only reason the Google ratings are so positive to begin with is because they give you a free pre-roll for leaving a five-star review. This place is stupidly equipped to see one customer at a time on most weekday evenings (I.e. rush hour time). As a result, they invariably have a cluster of people waiting in a holding area while one customer can take all the time they want. I only come here due to its proximity to where I live, but there's no doubt this place is poorly managed. After being a regular here for nearly two years, I'm done. read more
