yesterday 10/6/2026 i visited your establishment to get some cbd for my anxious 7 lb 2 1/2 yr old cat. The clerk recommended "care by design 40:1" but could not give specific instructions on dosing (1/2 drop, etc). i went to the website for the product "care by design 40:1" no dosing instructions for pets. I tried to return it but was unable to due to the fact that i opened the package in search of dosing instructions. I contacted a vet tech friend who researched the product and told me it was not recommended for small cats. When I tried to explain this to the clerk, he insisted that the vet 2 doors down used it and was a regular customer-this happens to be my vet so I went to the clinic to get guidance. The vet said absolutely not- they did use it on dogs but not cats. So $80 wasted. I did go to another dispensary that did have the appropriate product. the clerk at your facility told me that he used the 40:1 on his dog and that the vetcbd products recommended to me gave his animal diarrhea. i will post this on yelp read more

This is hands down my favorite dispensary. The customer service is always excellent, and the owner is extremely nice and super helpful--just like every budtender that's helped me. I love coming in because the vibe is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They really take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. This shop is a bit out of our way but when we are in the area we definitely take the time to stock up on our favorite goodies. They are usually fully stocked on a great variety of pre-rolls, which is what I usually get. This last time we went I was a bit disappointed on their selection, not too much to choose from. My all time favorite brand is West Coast Cure, which I know I can always get here. They only had a few of the singles and I prefer the 3 pack. I specifically get sativa or hybrid and there wasn't too many options available. I made the best of it and tried some different brands and some edibles. This will definitely not deter me from returning again. I'm sure they will stock up soon. They also have fantastic customer service and a good amount of parking available. read more

Went on 8-17-2025 around 6:30pm to get some edibles and from the website one of the edibles I was interested in buying have 30% off ($12 normal price before discount). I went to the store thinking I can get some advice on the edibles since I am relatively new to this. The guy at the counter recommended the one I was interested in but when it came to payment he said the $12 price is already discounted and I kept telling him that is normal price (because otherwise the normal price had to be $17.14). It was a single queue and he was the only one working there (the other female staff was doing some other stuff) so I reluctantly paid the price thinking that I guess I paid 30% of the $12 price as the price of 'advice'. So if you go to this place to get stuff, be prepared for this kind of pricing difference between what you see online and what you actually need to pay. read more

After many years of patronage I will never be back to the Reefinery. They were out of my usuals and even my backup brands for weeks, so I finally visited other dispensaries. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Dispensaries accept cards, and some even accept credit. Cash only here. They mask up other places...the staff here are unmasked and they all have COVID brain rot. No thoughts, head completely empty. The Reefinery was a completely different place when I discovered them back in 2018. I had some friends over yesterday and they consumed all of my flower! So I jumped on Yelp looking for a new dispensary to shop at (my regular shop is now, basura) I had heard good things about The Reefinery - easy Choice to go pay them a visit. I always geek out when I visit a dispensary for the first time. You go through so many emotions; .. will they have bomb flower? .. are the budtenders coo or squarebears? .. is it another "apple-ish" dispensary? lolool .. do they have quality daily specials? I pull up and parking is kind of limited but The Reefinery's security guard does a great job of showing you available spaces. I thought that was dope. Once inside the lobby is super spacious with a fairly quick check in process. The retail space is very cool, filled with a variety of my favorite products and it's spacious! I am not an expert on the different strains or potencies and I have some major doubts about all the CBD hype... but as your average consumer looking for a product to help with sleep or get a little high, this place is awesome. The people are all SO friendly, from the guard out front to the guy checking IDs to the people giving you advice and cashiers. The prices seem in line or better than other places I've been. Today they were having some sort of promotional, meet-the-suppliers, Halloween-ish event. You wouldn't have even known it from the outside but inside everyone was in costume and showing off their products. Compared with the almost-deserted place I had been in 20 minutes earlier (that was pretty poorly stocked and did not have the chocolate sleep aid I was looking for), this place looked like a county fair on Halloween. There may have only been 12 to 15 people inside (never more than 8 customers) but they were handing out tickets for the food trucks out front and just sort of having a good time. In fact, the super-sweet cashier had not given us any of our complimentary tickets (to use at the food trucks) when we were inside so came running out to the parking lot to give them to us. read more

The Reefinery is definitely one of the best cannabis shops I've have ever been too and I've been too a lot before I discovered this one. They're also not new to the game having their shop more than 15 years. The first thing I noticed when I arrive was that it's made like an oil refinery on the outside! I was greeted by very friendly front office staff when I opened the door to the sounds of the latest hot tracks playing through the speakers. I then walked in the actual cannabis room and was blown away OMG!! So much to choose from flower, pre-rolls concentrates, drinks, edibles, tinctures, inhalers topicals , Vape pens, pet tinctures, literally I Was In Heaven! I was overwhelmed at first but the staff was very knowledgeable and really helped me make the process easier. I was told all there products are lab tested and in full compliance of state regulations and is the highest quality cannabis in the state. The prices are extremely reasonable with lots of sales. There's delivery and only takes 30 minutes to an hour and they're open seven days a week 8 AM to 10 PM . Hands-down best cannabis shop.
