I honestly don't know what's going on with dispensaries especially Red Moon. They clearly don't value their longtime customers.
I'm beyond disgusted right now my blood is literally boiling. I've spent thousands of dollars at Red Moon over time, and today their manager, Tatiana, decided to go back and forth with me over $7 instead of taking accountability. Rather than doing right by a returning customer, she chose to argue and lose my business altogether. It makes make absolutely no sense.
Sometimes I visit the dispensary in person, other times I order via Weedmaps. Today, I placed an order online, and they called to tell me that one of the blunts I selected was priced incorrectly it was more expensive than what was listed. This has happened before, and in the past, I let it slide and said, "No problem. But this time, I said no you all need to honor the price listed. You can't keep advertising incorrect pricing and expecting customers to be ok because of your errors. (the price difference was $5 by the way)
To make things worse, this was my second order with them in the past two weeks. In my last order, I specifically ordered mini blunts, but they gave me mini pre-rolls instead a $7 price difference. I didn't notice until two days later because I had ordered several items. I let it go because it was partially my fault for not checking immediately (I did not call them and harass them or scold them about the $7 difference). But it definitely irritated me, especially because pre-rolls burn too fast and aren't worth the price in my opinion.
So today, when they called me trying to make a fuss over $5 (the difference between what's listed on the website and what the price is supposed to be), I said no, let's talk about everything then. Let's address your ongoing incorrect pricing and the fact that you keep blaming Weedmaps for your pricing errors. And since we here, let's also address my last order which was me paying $7 dollars extra because I received a different product than what I ordered. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with Tatiana explaining what happened with my last order and what needed to be corrected in this one. We literally went line by line. We agreed on the total price. Everything was clear.
Do you know 30 minutes later, she calls me back to say, "Actually, I quoted you the wrong price it's going to be $7 more." So after two hours of back and forth, including three separate phone calls, she's trying to change the agreed upon price by $7. At that point, I was completely fed up. I lost it really. I could not believe my ears after speaking with her on the phone explaining to her just for her to call back and want to quote me more. And the reason for the increase was because she didn't know that I wanted to address my last order. She thought I was just trying to correct the current order. Which is literally insane because I even requested that she inventory check between the two items of what I received last time and what I ordered so that it would be super clear. It's baffling to me she didn't understand I was basically asking her to validate what I'm saying by matching what you should have in stock.
The delivery was supposed to take 30 to 60 minutes it had been 2+ hours. I was tired of repeating myself, so I told her to just cancel the order.
It's wild to me that they were willing to lose a consistent spending customer over $7.
That's not just bad business it's actually sick!
Oh, and for the bonus, I literally live 4 minutes away from this dispensary. Only reason I choose to order on Weedmaps sometimes, because half of the time I don't have cash. They do not accept any form of electronic payment in the store anymore. And every single time I order I live 4 minutes away. It takes a minimum of an hour but usually longer to receive my delivery.
Please save yourself the headache. It may be good for a little while, but in the long run this establishment does not appreciate their loyal customers. Literally wanted to go to war over $7 dollars when I've spent thousands and would have continued. SMH read more
