This was my go to since literally day one. I was there at the opening. Recent attitude of helpers is unbearable. This is not the only place in town. I've lost all respect for this place. This place is just an average Atore. The least that they can do is have a decent customer service. Little underage girls are playing favoritism. Do not use ATM there , gave me a ripped 20 and the store did not want to accept even though it came out of THEIR machine. Made it my issue and told me to go to the bank to change it.. on JUNETEENTH. Banks are closed as they recognize this sacred holiday. Unlike the inconsiderate tender who spat that hot and ready word vomit. Do better and I mean that in every way possible. as a long time customer I am disappointed. Have spent hundreds if not thousands. Never going back. You need to get some employees that want to work, and feel positive about what they do, especially in a place like this. Off The Charts in Sherman Oaks is definitely one of my go-to spots. They have a great selection from all the major brands -- honestly, it's like the Walmart of dispensaries. You'll find pretty much everything that's broadly recognizable, and their pricing is solid. The employees are really nice and helpful, which makes the experience a lot better. The only thing is that in-store shopping can feel a bit hectic since everything is split up by brand. It's not always the easiest to figure out where things are right away, so be ready to do a little searching. Also, they always have a bunch of discounts, but the deals change daily depending on the product category. Definitely check online or call ahead because they usually won't bring up the discounts unless you ask. Overall, a solid choice if you want variety and decent pricing, just make sure to do a little homework before you go. read more

Prices have increased, deals have decreased, workers are not helpful or knowledgeable, they don't know how their own app works, they close 5 minutes before actual closing. Off The Charts - Sherman Oaks Is a cannabis store off Van Nuys Blvd, just next to Elevation Bar & Lounge, O Sumo Sushi as well as the Acura car dealership. I live relatively close and am a supporter of cbd especially water, edibles, snacks and what not. I'd been to another off the charts location in Palm Springs not to long ago and knew of them, so made sense to pop into the one close to home. Like a lot of shops and dispensaries OTC - Sherman Oaks is cash only, with an atm in the back left corner. Typically two or more people behind the rectangular counter, filled with cannabis goods in glass case displays. They have several well organize shelves and an entire fridge wall full of beverages, desserts and things of the controlled temperature variety (some cartridges). It's colorful and inviting both from the outside, but even more so in. While I'm not a smoker of any kind I do appreciate their beverage selection and vegan friendly gummies the most. The girl who helped me as well as rang me up was helpful. She did stay with me the entire time, even as I was shopping around which was a little odd, since nobody was doing that with anyone else in the store, haven't had that happen anywhere else cannabis related... I'm hoping it's because I was a first time shopper! I know about that UPT life. I did get some good deals on all my purchases including a few Kanha brand products. They do seem to carry everything and it's all very streamline chic-ish They check your identification regardless of your age, so just make sure to have a valid form of ID with you. Security is super chill and nice! There is street parking available with 1hr time limit in front, metered parking with 2 hrs along Acura or restriction free residential parking just past the stop sign at Van Nuys Blvd/Weddington. Overall a cool first experience. Might try out some other places like Swish in NoHo and other places I've heard good things about. Music is a ten! read more

They advertise in a local market with cash register coupons. They do not honor what is printed on the coupons or try to wiggle out of the discount ! There's a sign in front that says to come in and say Hi and get a free prerolled. No where does it say now customers only but that's what they say. And the first time I went they said I asked too late, even though I made a purchase! read more

What a dispensary! This place is off the charts! For real! Not just their name, but everything about it. The brands, the prices, the staff... pure gold!!!! I only met a couple of nice folks that worked at other dispensaries but not here! Pretty annoying spot. It's more like an emporium than a local vibey bodega. Once you check in they make you stand aside and wait rather than explore the products. I liked this place the first time I went, their selection is huge! They have so many different options. If you're looking for variety or to try something new this is a great place to visit. Now for the bad: the budtenders HOVER. TOO. MUCH. I understand you have to watch people so they don't steal anything, I totally get that, but standing over my shoulder and telling me all the details about every single thing I point my eyes at is EXHAUSTING. It makes me feel rushed and at that point I don't want to buy anything at all. The last time I visited, the woman helping me and my friends would NOT stop talking, I couldn't even think straight. It would be nice to a be given time to pick up an edible package and read it myself. I know what CBN is, I know how much THC I like, I don't need someone to explain everything like it's my first time buying. I don't need someone judging my decisions. If I have questions, I will ask them. I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say the hovering is excessive. This has happened to me every visit. The constant pressure, hovering and over-explaining everything, every time I go, is enough to make me avoid this place and go to elsewhere instead. There are other dispensaries nearby that let you take your time and don't force you into conversation. I haven't been back in a long while and I won't come back unless I need something specific. I would only recommend this place to someone who has never used marijuana products in their life. read more
