Product Selection : 4/5 - Their website is straight mess to use sometimes. I wish they would update their stock list more constantly. I can't count how many times I have had to change an order due to something being out of stock. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!! That being said, they own up to their mistakes even if it's to their detriment. And of course you don't have to end of buying it if they bring the wrong product. Price : 4/5 - You are paying for the convince of having something sent to you, possibly paying with a credit card, and getting reward points and the occasional discount. Time : 4/5 - This has been my biggest hassle with them so far; time varies way too much. Sometimes it's twenty mins other times it's 2 plus hours with multiple drivers. Usually I am hanging out watching football but I could see how this could be a drag. I guess you can spend the extra 25 dollars on the fast deliver but I am not about that life bruh. Delivery : 4/5 - Tipping is odd thing; how can I justify tipping 10% on a 300 plus order when they take 2 plus hours? Is it the driver's fault or kushfly's? Can i just have standard option of flat ten dollar tip? It's not like it's 300 dollars of pizza here. Overall : 4/5. Let me start off by saying that you'd be better off buying weed on the streets on skid row! So I found these guys on yelp and thought I'd give it a shot. I go on their website which was poorly designed,with most of what they advertised ending up not even being available later on but I digress. So I order around 8pm expecting to get it at the very most two hours right? WRONG! At 10:30 I call their customer service only to find myself speaking to someone who could barely speak English! They assured me that the delivery was on the way and that they had a high volume of orders which I find hard to believe. Finally the delivery driver shows up at around midnight with my order apologizing for the inconvenience. So I pay and regrettably tip the driver until I notice as I'm checking the contents of my order that they never packed the battery I ordered and shorted me on a gram! When I try to call customer service for the second time NO ANSWER. Since then I've spoken to others who have had similar if not worse experiences one of which that they are selling counterfeit products! It amazes me that this place is still even able to operate! And their prices are absolutely ridiculous considering how dry and odorless the flower I got was. I suggest just doing it the old fashioned way and going into a dispensary where they take it seriously. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! read more

The absolute best delivery service in town and it's not even close. Excellent prices, accurate and quick delivery, excellent customer service. If something is wrong with an order, it gets fixed without hassle or questions. Whatever vendor they use for delivery timing and notifications is excellent. It's very accurate and reliable. The products they carry are mostly value-based. Not a lot of the biggest name brands in stock, which is perfectly fine. Vapes are often small brands that still use top-of-the-line components like CCELL cartridges and the oil is pure and high-quality. Inventory isn't very consistent, I assume based on the value approach. If a supplier prices them out, they'll move on. It can make some decisions more difficult because of the lack of information about, and experience with, the new products, but I have rarely been at all disappointed with my choice. Kushfly is the best without question. Sign up today and tell them Tyler sent you. They won't know what that means but you should still tell them. Delivery during the pandemic puts drivers at risk but reduces the risk to everyone else. Tip the drivers and tip them well. If you don't, you're a bad person. read more

i called to place an order for the first time last week, once i sent in my info they told me they would call me back, 30 minutes later i called back to check in, they again said they would call me back, another 30 minutes passed so i called again, they said they will take my order then set up my account and that my eta was 1 hour, 2 hours later i received mediocre flower and concentrates that were not what they advertised. Not sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about but the medicine quality inst even all that, over price for the quality, customer service is meh, delivery time is more mehhh, not my cup of tea. METHINKS NOT! PS: they responded to this review accusing me and my brother of being fake and from another service we have reviewed and apparently none existent in their system despite the fact that they don't have my full name, they said if i give them my full name they will refund me but honestly i feel a little uncomfortable doing so seeing as i provided them with my home address for my first order and if i give them my name they will know where i live which is a little nerve rattling seeing as they are accusing us of being from another service read more

Was my first time using these guys. Im blown away. My friends recommended them so I checked out their reviews. I usually dont care what reviews say unless their absolutely horrible. Tons of great reviews for these guys. I have to add mine. Signup was pretty painless. Pretty standard, prescription, passport, piece of mail. Ran into a few bumps getting my info sent in but a quick phone call got it handled. The girl on the phone was dope. I dont remember her name but she said it was spelled weird. So whoever you are, props to you. Ordering was a breeze. Website is packed full of goodness. I like OGs and they have so many strains to choose from that its almost overwhelming. Their herb is awesome, I was high as a kite earlier.. The packaging is great. I dig the jars and they got me goodie bag since I was a first timer. It was my first time ordering here. The worst service I've ever experience. After waiting almost 3hrs, the driver comes and says he couldn't break the $100 bill and if I'd like to cancel the order, really? After all this time waiting? and he said that It was my fault for not having change, like if I was the business owner that sent him out without change, (when I told them I was going to pay cash 2hrs ago) he said, I just have $30 when my change was suppose to be $37, I was going to tip him more than $7 but after waiting all that time and after all that late night drama. Before wasting people's time why don't you tell them in advance that your delivery time is usually around 3hrs? that was my first and last time ordering from this place. I just wanted to let people know what a wonderful company this is, and how their products are not only recreational, but in my case medicinal. I am a 9/11 survivor (I was half a block away. Got injured and trapped in my building when the first tower collapsed, and only got 2 blocks away when the 2nd tower collapsed.), and I am finally able to purchase a gummie that has the proper level of relief for my (diagnosed by the 9/11 health program/registry) PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and other issues that have been only moderately manageable through conventional medicines. Kushfly has honestly helped me become more centered, healthier, and more of the person I was before that unimaginable day. Best delivery service in LA, perhaps the world! For starters they have a great FTP deal, reasonable prices, and free delivery for LA locals. Couldn't get any better! I haven't had to drive to the dispensary in months and I'm loving it. Kushfly has a great variety of buds and concentrates and edibles. Delivery people are friendly, and the customer service is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience purchasing some live resin that was listed at $35 on their website. When checking out, the price bumped up to $45, so I opened the chat window, and Kelli, the customer service rep, graciously informed me that Kushfly would give me the lower price. I have used this service for several years without incident. I had one really negative experience and that lead me to leave the bad review. But that's actually unfair. After I left that review and maybe because I did, they reached out to me and we settled everything to my satisfaction. Love Kushfly! I'm new-er to the weed world, and their staff really made it a breeze ordering. I was able to chat with them via text, so that made it super convenient. The person I was chatting with offered a few different products for me, and they didn't get frustrated with my lack of weed knowledge. After using this service for a while now and being able to use my card number instead of the card, all of a sudden I can't do that. The guy over the phone probably thinks I stole someone's card. I will be using other delivery services. I can't give my money to company that implies I'm a thief simply because i don't have my physical card with me and I want to use the card numbers THE BANK PROVIDES IN THE APP. I've been using kushfly for about 2 years now, I found them off google randomly. They're extremely consistent in delivery speed and I usually see the same drivers who are very friendly, discreet and professional. They have a good selection of product from cheap affordable bud all the way to the crème de la crème. I personally am a big fan of the future 2020 prerolls they carry and they often have sales that allow you to get the dankest at a reasonable rate. I wasn't going to leave a negative…read morereview but was convinced to share my experience with others: I ordered from Green Lion via Weedmaps on February 17th, 2024. Shortly after placing my order, I was contacted by them via text to complete my non-cash payment via Paytender link in a separate text (even though Weedmaps said that I didn't need to pay until I received my order) and took care of it because I didn't want to be difficult. Once that was processed, I was contacted by Green Lion again, this time by phone, and was notified by a woman who works there that they happened to sell the last vape I tried to order to someone else right before me. How convenient. I was asked if I wanted anything else as a replacement and I said no, but asked to have my order canceled and refund processed, which they agreed to do. A couple of days passed and I noticed that the transaction went from a pending status to being posted on my bank account. I contacted Paytender who suggested I reach out to Green Lion about getting a refund and there are screenshots that I saved. Paytender at least replied but both of my attempts to Green Lion went ignored. I have since reached out to my bank who is investigating this matter, which could take up to 45 days to complete but I shouldn't have had to go that route. Yes, maybe I probably could have reached out more, and yes, I could have ordered something else but Green Lion could have also done a better job. In *my* experience with them, they were very unprofessional and left me feeling like I was thrown into a "bait and switch" type of situation. Either give me what I ordered or process the refund. It's that simple and any legit business understands that. I can't speak to the value of anything that Green Lion sells because I never received any kind of product but I guarantee you that I will never buy from here again, nor will I recommend it. In case anyone is wondering, I'm still waiting to see what happens with the investigation and if I can even get a refund. Please, just be careful if you do decide to shop from here. ***UPDATE on 03/20/2024: I was just notified this morning that my bank will not be providing me with a resolution of any kind that results in me getting my money back due to the type of transaction. They suggested I reach out to the merchant, which I have already done multiple times. I'm now without the product I ordered and without my money without hope of that changing.***

I bought a disposable vape manufactured by Raw Gardens 3 weeks ago at this store then went on a road trip for 10 days. During the road trip I discovered that the mouthpiece broke off and all the oil leaked out. I handled the disposable vape fairly carefully like I do with all my other vapes. When I returned home from the road trip, I took the vape back to the store and the manager, not in so many words, accused me of mishandling the vape. He wouldn't exchange, give me store credit, refund or even any store credit. Terrible customer service and he kept saying it's store policy. Buyer be aware - they're happy to sell you their merchandise but they don't stand behind them.
