As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing.
