is not a dispensary even though I specifically said on the way now. All of a sudden its delivery only and that they are not taking orders at the moment. I literally want to cry so hard again I drove 45 minutes, wasn't accommodated with nothing even though I called ahead of time all he just kept saying how he's sorry sorry he sorry and it wasn't convincing at all its like im dealing with a robot I asked to speak with a manager and he insists he's the only one there. I work in customer service myself so I know when someone is being unprofessional with me and it's very unprofessional for not even to be a manager to try to resolve what was done. They clearly do not care about their customers and probably paid for or offered some type of reward for these reviews. I'll know what I did to deserve this terrible karma, but I pray nobody else have to go through this type of inconveniencing. And to make it all worse, I literally could've went to so many other places but since it's about to be 10 o'clock, I won't be able to get anything at all now because of this place not being upfront.. screw you Al and your bs apologiy. And I will make sure to spread the word to everybody I know. read more

As an avid believer in celebrating (should-be) national holidays, I'm happy to share 4/20 with Herb. I'm a fan of Canndescent Charge for creative work and exercise, and this is a hard strain to find. Herb sells Canndescent, as well as my go-to sleep swear-bys: Kiva dark chocolate bars (vegan!) and Wyld Elderberry gummies. I'm stoked to try their Phases Dreamcatcher Indica. Amazing variety, fair prices, and consistently awesome delivery people who are always within their quote time. If you value quality, Herb is your green dream. read more

Efficient, friendly, professional and large selection. Great company great delivery driver.

Fantastic service and wonderful people! Always deliver quickly and the products are fire.

$75 minimum and overcharging low quality products is a joke. I deff recommend using weedmaps and checking for better local deals so you don't get scammed read more

Herb is definitely my new favorite spot to order from. Just ordered for the second time tonight and was so pleasantly surprised at how fast it came again and how friendly the drivers and staff are. I'm not someone who usually enjoys this process but this store is actually just so delightful to deal with. I also got the CUTEST little welcome box with my first order inside Love them would definitely recommend. read more

This company is great. I am an intelligent man. I require that the only labor I do is paid for or I pay someone else to do it. I am so smart. I try not to drive anywhere. My brain is attractive. I need everything delivered to me (including toilet paper, am I right? Who's with me?) I never lose. If you have lost that just means you gave up. You can't lose if you aren't done. I know my rights. You'd be surprised. Pain doesn't hurt - if you have the right stuff. I get the right stuff from Herb. I let someone else turn the weed into cbd. I stay at home (sometime making eggs. There are many different ways to make eggs) while they deliver the goods to me. I enjoy the goods legally. My migraines go away while I - I don't know - build one of those boats in a sideways bottle or something. No more tricks! Thank you read more

Great delivery and quality selection. Sometimes the run sales and the pricing is hard to beat.

Super quick delivery and this place takes care of its disabled patrons with their give & get program. They have helped me out many times as I'm on disability to stay off of the big pharma pills. Thank you HERB you're literally a life saver. -Jason D read more

I've been ordering from Herb for a while now, and it's always a great experience. Deliveries come to my door in less than one hour after ordering. Every time! I don't know how they do it, but I'm glad they do. Delivery folks are always friendly and professional. And the products are fresh and delightful! read more

If I could give this place one star I would. Not willing to make any concession for someone who just had surgery to accept a delivery. Doesn't matter that you signed up and can FaceTime with an individual in your house holding your ID. If you've had knee surgery you have to climb down the steps somehow so they can see you in the flesh. read more

Visited LA from out of state. It was 11pm and I didn't want to leave the hotel. So I went online filled out the form and 10 min later they called to confirm the order. They arrived at my hotel within 40 min. Easy transaction and very accommodating delivery. They will deliver to your hotel, no problem. They will even try to make it up to your room if the elevator and hotel allow. For my hotel, the elevator required room key to work so I just went down in my robe to get the items. They do take card, so it's honestly very easy and convenient. I asked for recommendations and told them that I would be visiting Universal Studios the next day. They recommended the Seize the Day vape. Yeah, pretty much exactly what you would expect. Easy to manage high, good vibes and lots of energy. No couch lock, no dry eyes, no dry mouth, no paranoia and you don't get the out of control giggles where people will 100% know you are high. Also no extreme hunger. So it leads me to believe that they do know their products well. Protip: For daytime activities get the Seize the Day vape. read more

The best delivery services for for top shelf bud!!! I used this company for flower delivery a few days ago. Despite West Adams area being hella close to their location downtown, they don't deliver to the area bc "they don't want to spread their drivers to thin." Feels more like a socio economic thing to me bc they conveniently cut out all of South LA with the exception of a tiny cut-out for the USC area. Despite what the movies tell you, South LA is not the hood. Get with times and open up your zoning. I'd like to add that I gave them 1 extra star bc when I called, the guy (whose name I did not get, but we'll just call him Skip bc he sounded like his name was for sure Skip) was really nice and sweet. Even though he wasn't making sense with his rationale for zoning (you'll deliver to Santa Monica but not an area that's a couple miles away?). One day, when we get a Whole Foods in the area, I'm sure they'll feel safe enough to open up their delivery flow. Until then, drives to MedMen it is! read more

As my usual delivery service appeared to grow weary in it's bones (I will strike their name out of respect), I had to find a new one that had an actual brand selections from actual bonifide sources (you know who you are) and not knock-offs and re-distro's. Now, these guys, they do it by the book, with stress given to customer happiness, clear communication from beginning to end and clearly, customer loyalty and legality. Give these guys a chance. They are down to Earth and have your best in mind. It's like changing a barber. When your old one has grown out of favor, it's hard to find new guys. These guys, right here. read more

UPDATE: After posting my experience here, an HERB representative contacted me and explained that I had the option of contacting the cartridge manufacturer (Bloom Farms) to ask them to approve the exchange. (That option had not been mentioned on the phone.) After explaining my situation to Bloom Farms, they did in fact approve the exchange, and delivery from HERB has been scheduled. I appreciate the follow-up and am glad this was resolved. Assuming delivery will take place as promised, I'm going to go ahead and revise my rating. Bottom line: If you're a light/occasional consumer of cannabis, DO NOT buy several cartridges at once, because the odds of discovering a defective product *after* the 30-day exchange period is too great. ---------- I was pleased with Herb.Delivery until I discovered that 2 of the 3 cartridges in my last order were defective--and they refuse to exchange them or offer fair compensation. (FWIW, both cartridges are by Bloom Farms, which I was trying for the first time.) I was just halfway through cartridge #1 when it leaked and stuck to the battery as I was unscrewing it, pulling out the cartridge's little "stopper pin" inside of the threaded section. I tried pushing it back in, but that didn't work. I learned online that there's an internal wire that came loose and ostensibly cannot be repaired. So, I opened cartridge #2, and took one hit. Then, a couple of hours later, when I tried to take another hit, it was CLOGGED. This brand-new cartridge clogged after just ONE hit. So I called Herb.Delivery to ask about exchanging them, and I was told that I'm SOL because the purchase was made more than 30 days ago. I was never told about that policy before, but since I'm a low-volume user, it would have been moot because there's no way that I'd be able to use (or vet) 3 cartridges of product within 30 days. Even one cartridge lasts me more than 30 days. I spent $120 for 3 cartridges, and TWO of them are defective (so far). I did get halfway through the first cartridge, so I'm effectively out $60--all because I happened to purchase more than 30 days worth of product. So, the policy doesn't align with the shelf-life of the products they're selling. And for Herb.Delivery's unwillingness to make this right, they get 1 star (I'd give 0 stars if I could)--and they've lost a customer. I wonder if that's the effect they want their policy to have. read more

Great selection, great packaging, great people all around. The initial set up is seamless and I was able to have my order within the hour. Lol, someone said they don't deliver to West Adams because of social economics. Pleaaase. I may not live in West Adams, but I live in K-town which is socioeconomically diverse not to mention racially vibrant, okuuuuur??? Girl your argument is hella flawed. To accuse them of pandering to a certain demographic makes no sense here. But I digress, I'm here to say that this is my second time ordering from HERB, and my experience has been superlative. The staff who takes orders are friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm somewhat of a newbie to this and I had tons of questions when placing my first order and I never got rushed, dismissed or laughed at. Thank god for HERB. I love the convenience of being able to have my flowers low key delivered from home. This is an awesome sustainable business model. The quality of their merchandise is great and expansive. They pretty much carry everything and they also have a rigid QC process to ensure they aren't any issues with the strands at least no molds, pesticides, or anything that could compromise the quality of your herb. In other words, everything that gets delivered to your home is duly vetted so all you have to do is enjoy your experience and not worry about a damn thing. Highly recommended! Oh, I just got a text saying my deliverer is on his way. Heyyyyyyy. read more

I found this place in an online search. I found the product I wanted, created an account, put in an order, and had a delivery all within an hour and a half. The ID confirmation was quick. There I was a sophomore in college , in the parking lot of a Nassau Coliseum in Long Island New York... Jerry and the crew going to start the show in half an hour. Cautiously we walked the parking lot hoping to score a little something for the show. All that was available was brown seedy baggies - always advertised as the best. Fast forward 35 years ...Science has a far better understanding of brain chemistry, and toxicity and botany .... and cannabis has become a proper main stream biological agent for medical and recreational use. And in the proper American way, creative industry has sprung up around it - one of them being this enterprise carrying very fine products, very friendly staff and what I really like a competent rapid delivery service .....what a long strange trip it's been read more

They also carry products to accommodate vegan/paleo diets which I rarely see and was glad to see they carry. I specifically very excited to try my social tonic.
