is not a dispensary even though I specifically said on the way now. All of a sudden its delivery only and that they are not taking orders at the moment. I literally want to cry so hard again I drove 45 minutes, wasn't accommodated with nothing even though I called ahead of time all he just kept saying how he's sorry sorry he sorry and it wasn't convincing at all its like im dealing with a robot I asked to speak with a manager and he insists he's the only one there. Visited LA from out of state. It was 11pm and I didn't want to leave the hotel. So I went online filled out the form and 10 min later they called to confirm the order. They arrived at my hotel within 40 min. Easy transaction and very accommodating delivery. They will deliver to your hotel, no problem. They will even try to make it up to your room if the elevator and hotel allow. For my hotel, the elevator required room key to work so I just went down in my robe to get the items. UPDATE: After posting my experience here, an HERB representative contacted me and explained that I had the option of contacting the cartridge manufacturer (Bloom Farms) to ask them to approve the exchange. (That option had not been mentioned on the phone.) After explaining my situation to Bloom Farms, they did in fact approve the exchange, and delivery from HERB has been scheduled. I appreciate the follow-up and am glad this was resolved. Assuming delivery will take place as promised, I'm going to go ahead and revise my rating. Bottom line: If you're a light/occasional consumer of cannabis, DO NOT buy several cartridges at once, because the odds of discovering a defective product *after* the 30-day exchange period is too great. ---------- I was pleased with Herb.Delivery until I discovered that 2 of the 3 cartridges in my last order were defective--and they refuse to exchange them or offer fair compensation. (FWIW, both cartridges are by Bloom Farms, which I was trying for the first time.) I was just halfway through cartridge #1 when it leaked and stuck to the battery as I was unscrewing it, pulling out the cartridge's little "stopper pin" inside of the threaded section. I tried pushing it back in, but that didn't work. I learned online that there's an internal wire that came loose and ostensibly cannot be repaired. So, I opened cartridge #2, and took one hit. Then, a couple of hours later, when I tried to take another hit, it was CLOGGED. This brand-new cartridge clogged after just ONE hit. So I called Herb.Delivery to ask about exchanging them, and I was told that I'm SOL because the purchase was made more than 30 days ago. I was never told about that policy before, but since I'm a low-volume user, it would have been moot because there's no way that I'd be able to use (or vet) 3 cartridges of product within 30 days. Even one cartridge lasts me more than 30 days. I spent $120 for 3 cartridges, and TWO of them are defective (so far). I did get halfway through the first cartridge, so I'm effectively out $60--all because I happened to purchase more than 30 days worth of product. So, the policy doesn't align with the shelf-life of the products they're selling. And for Herb.Delivery's unwillingness to make this right, they get 1 star (I'd give 0 stars if I could)--and they've lost a customer. I wonder if that's the effect they want their policy to have. read more
