I'm from out of town but work out of The Row for about a week at a time every other month. I prefer to get my weed in town instead of flying with it, even on an intrastate flight. Anyhoo, they were fast and attentive on 4/20, a notoriously busy and stressful day for the industry. Will go again on my next LA business trip. I bought a 100mg weed soda that both alleviated my body pain for 2 hours then sent my ass to space for the next 3 or 4. Made Bojack Horseman a harrowing watch. This place was amazing. So LA with the visible cannabis plants and how the place is decorated. I left very impressed. I got a Raw Garden Dispo and the mouthpiece came broken. I live 2 hours away and opened it once I got home so I couldn't drive back to return it. Somehow I was able to smoke it holding the mouthpiece. The oil was great regardless of the inconvenience. A little pricey but service was great. The Bud tender was friendly and helpful. read more

As someone who isn't really into the green, but having a family member who has anxiety issues, I have gone to my share of dispensaries and let me tell you, the weed game is a tricky business. Lots of turnover, tons of fake spots that are selling subpar and straight up fake products, hell even the gimmicks are out there. But this place is legit. It's clean, pays homage to the art the arts district is famous for, and has employees that are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I am always warmly greeted and leave feeling that not only I got quality product, but that the prices are more than competitive. Basically, this is my spot when I am in need of cannabis. I come here often from Palos Verdes if you know Cali you know it's not a short trip I came today for highatus gummies because they are cheaper than they are by my house and got here and they are now 4 dollars more than I usually pay and the bud tender didn't give me the correct change I just chalked it up as an oh well keep it cause I won't be coming back and it's sad because I really like this place read more

This has been my experience coming to this dispensary multiple times She always tries to give me the opposite of what I want. I have issues sleeping so i go get sleeping aid products but she always gives me uppers. Be aware of that lighting bolt agenda !!! This dispensaries are not accommodating medical cannabis. If you want to stay up don't buy crystal meth just stop by arts district cannabis dispensary and pick up some of their flower you'll stay up for days.And they have good prices . read more

Disappointing customer interaction and inflexible discount policy, still a regular customer…read more This is my regular dispensary and I plan to continue shopping here, but I am leaving this feedback here because I do not feel comfortable giving it in person. I want to separate two issues clearly. First, the student discount policy. There is a posted 20 percent student discount that only applies on Sundays. As a student who uses cannabis medicinally, this structure does not work for me. Being told on a Saturday that I should come back another day for a discount when I am already ready to purchase is not helpful. I am not asking for an exception. I am offering feedback that a discount limited to one specific day does not accommodate medicinal or schedule based needs. That feedback should be acknowledged, not debated. Second, repeated unwanted interaction from one staff member. When I shared that feedback, one staff member who was not involved in my transaction repeatedly interjected, lectured, and attempted to explain why my perspective was wrong. I clearly stated more than once that I did not want to debate it and asked him to stop engaging and allow the employee assisting me to continue the transaction. Despite that, the interruptions continued. Because of the continued side conversation and interruptions, the checkout process became confusing. I had brought edibles to the front and confirmed the price, but I was not told how much additional cash I needed to withdraw from the ATM to complete that part of the purchase. After already paying an ATM fee and with everything going on, I ultimately said never mind and left the edibles behind. This same staff member has also previously failed to acknowledge me when I entered the store and has redirected me in line in a way that felt dismissive. Taken together, these repeated interactions have been frustrating. I want to be clear that other staff members were polite, helpful, and professional, and the store itself is clean and well run. This feedback is specifically about one recurring interaction and the structure of the discount policy. If a customer says they do not want to be lectured or debated, that boundary should be respected. Feedback does not need to be refuted in the moment. It simply needs to be heard. I am posting this here rather than raising it in person because I still plan to shop at MedMen and want this addressed constructively.

Head Grower has no clue. Mr. Brian still grows in 5 gallon Lowe's buckets like it's 1999. Doesn't think a dehumidifier is useful. Has asceptic problems (probably doesn't know what asceptic means) that concentrated hydrogen peroxide cannot get rid of. Oh yeah of course they have spider mites.
