Built like a supermarket they have baskets for you to walk and shop around, it's quite dangerous for anyone who likes to shop like that lol Large selections of grass, pre rolls, and edibles. Really like how no one really goes up to you (unless you'd like help shopping) I like being left alone and when I did have questions staff was pretty knowledgeable. Really great vibes and fine quality of pot as well. I'm glad this spot is here since Buddha closed and I was not a big fan of MedMen. They carry a huge variety of items. Been here a couple times. Although the interiors is nice, the price of the weed is high plus the taxes. There are better places around the neighborhood absolutely. My biggest ick was when I wasn't able to exchange my edibles that I had literally just bought from indica to Sativa. It wasn't even 10 min since the purchase. They lost my business. read more

They have a rewards program, too, which is bomb! Don't pay any mind to the less than stellar reviews - one harping on the ATM charges and another on taxes...like whaaaa? This is the norm at every dispensary so in what world do you knock a place for taxes they have no control of?! They sold me a defective vape, I immediately went back and was told theres nothing they can do. At Backpack boys this happened and I brought the vape in and she looked and saw it was still full and exchanged it no problem. I went to Stizy and they tell you make sure to keep your receipt and box in case it's defective, happens all the time and they have no problem exchanging it. I paid extra and have a frequent membership card AND I tip really good. Maybe because I am black....either way run , the place is overpriced, the workers act like it's a club and they're selling junk devices. Plus 3 fees are added to the total. read more

The extra fees are ridiculous. Was charged $38 for a pack of pre-rolls that were $25. And their register is a scam, because my bank recognized it as an outside ATM fee. I've never had this issue at other dispensaries, won't be going back here. read more

Yesterday 04/26/25, I bought 3.5 grams of cherry cheesecake which is advertised at 33% THC but the actual box says 26%. Another issue is I could instantly tell that it was not 3.5 grams once I got home and opened it. I weighed it myself on two different scales and got 3.0 grams both times. Very disappointed with the false advertisement. I also got 10.0 grams of the sluggers brand as well which was good flower I'll give two stars for that on top of the cashier upfront she was nice. I would give them a chance again but whoever is packaging the flower needs to be monitored closely. I've never had this issue before out of several dispensaries I've been too. read more

For the most part, really terrible customer service. I came here the first time to buy a pen, and the individual who helped me was very sweet. Total bill was close to $100. I visited again and forgot my ID, but had a photo of it, but they wouldn't let me in. I understand that, but then the security guard gave me a hard time about waiting inside the vestibule by the door while my friend went to shop, telling me to go out on the sidewalk. Very unwelcoming, so we left without buying anything. I literally just came back a third time, 10 minutes until closing, just to quickly grab the pen and head to dinner across the street. There were about 5 to 8 customers inside as well. This new security guard was overall just a dick, obnoxious, rude, and had an overall terrible attitude, almost laughing at me when I was asking if I could just come in to grab what I needed. If your hours are until 10, then you should be operating until 10. The manager Sandy wouldn't come and speak to me either. I gave this place multiple chances, but I'm kind of disgusted at the customer service and the pretentious security guards. I won't be coming back. read more

They are also condescending to patrons when told this is bad business practice and it's misleading to patrons. You can get the same or better flower at a shop nearby. I came in on Monday and was greeted by security and checked in fast. I was helped by two Budtender mia and Elizabeth. Both were super nice and helpful and helped me pick our great products. Unfortunately for the person on the register she looked like she didn't want to be there at all. She was really rude to me and as I left she made a comment under her breath. I understand people have bad days but making comments as I'm walking away ? I didn't catch her name but she had purple in her hair. I waited to calm down to write this review, otherwise I would have left one star. They don't alert you to the $3 extra you'll be charged for using a debit card. The girl at the cashier said, oh ya, sorry, about the fee AFTER I was charged. They DO have an ATM you can use to draw cash, but getting hit with the fee and then bank fee...so I thought whatever I'm out the $3. WELL I looked at my bank account this morning and was confused when I saw an ATM withdrawal. It was Green Queen! So I got the $3 charge PLUS the bank charge for using an "ATM machine". Wtf?! What company runs a biz like this? How about give us some warming?! Let me make that choice to get ripped off. This has never happened in SF or in Oregon. Also my husband took advantage of the buy 2, get one free. We love a deal. The catch is you buy two of the specific product and THEY give you a 3rd free. Turns out that free product is worth a crap. Free is free, but when you take advantage of a deal, you want...a DEAL. read more
