10/10 all around, the cutest store very clean, good assortment of options and deals and the bud tenders were very nice

Super friendly staff. Built like a supermarket they have baskets for you to walk and shop around, it's quite dangerous for anyone who likes to shop like that lol Large selections of grass, pre rolls, and edibles. Really like how no one really goes up to you (unless you'd like help shopping) I like being left alone and when I did have questions staff was pretty knowledgeable. Really great vibes and fine quality of pot as well. I'm glad this spot is here since Buddha closed and I was not a big fan of MedMen. They carry a huge variety of items. From ash trays, to specialty cones, to birthday cards and candles! Loved how they incorporated homewares into their display gave it a real homely experience. read more

love the helpful and friendly staff here, the guy with the tattoos of leaves on his hands was super kind

Extremely clean and upscale dispensary with reasonable prices and great deals. They have a rich selection of drinks, vapes, edibles and flower. I love that they're strongly pro LGBTQ too. Nathan and Josh were very friendly and helpful, we would return for their 10% off for loyalty members again! read more

Parking is off 11th street behind the store just turn down the little alley. Everyone is always so nice whenever I come here. There's a dispensary right across the street from my house but I honestly prefer to make the drive and come to this one. read more

Euphoric open and warm light interior with variety of decent products. Affordable and LGBTQIA + owned. Safe space and attentive staff. The inventory carries familiar edibles I know are potent for my body. I don't smoke anymore however I do recommend their flowers. They have high quality options. There's exclusive local cannabis products and apparel/novelties for sale. The area is well lit at night and convenient to walk or side park. read more

As we all know, LA is not short on dispensaries! But Green Qween literally tops them all when it comes to the variety of products they have, their top level service & knowledge AND the overall shopping experience!! It's all top tier without having to pay extortionate prices!! They've done an amazing job a curating a beautiful aesthetic, which is both pleasing to the eye as well as easy to find the brands that you may be looking for. When you join their mailing list, you also get 10% off every time you shop - which is a win:win for me!! Definitely looking forward to going back again. read more

My new favorite dispensary! New, clean, organized, stylish and with a special emphasis on LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC owned brands!? Awesome! My friend and I popped in yesterday to be warmly greeted by the security guard. He gave us some directions and we shopped throughout the store. I came here specifically because they carry Hello Good products and the best prices in town. Legit! I was happy they had all I wanted in stock plus I even got a freebie, woohoo. In checking out, the budtender was so friendly and y'all know I'm a sucker for a compliment and they dished them out to me, lol! Friendliest staff ever! They have a rewards program, too, which is bomb! Don't pay any mind to the less than stellar reviews - one harping on the ATM charges and another on taxes...like whaaaa? This is the norm at every dispensary so in what world do you knock a place for taxes they have no control of?! Green Qween actually had better prices than I've seen at other dispensaries and I'm fairly well versed. ;) Pro-Tip: They have a parking lot! I didn't realize and circled a few times until I found a street meter spot. Don't be like me! Use their lot! read more

Been here a couple times. Although the interiors is nice, the price of the weed is high plus the taxes. There are better places around the neighborhood absolutely. My biggest ick was when I wasn't able to exchange my edibles that I had literally just bought from indica to Sativa. It wasn't even 10 min since the purchase. They lost my business. read more

This place is such a vibe and they have AMAZING sales. If you have friends that smoke, this is the perfect spot to get them a gift.

They sold me a defective vape, I immediately went back and was told theres nothing they can do. At Backpack boys this happened and I brought the vape in and she looked and saw it was still full and exchanged it no problem. I went to Stizy and they tell you make sure to keep your receipt and box in case it's defective, happens all the time and they have no problem exchanging it. I paid extra and have a frequent membership card AND I tip really good. Maybe because I am black....either way run , the place is overpriced, the workers act like it's a club and they're selling junk devices. Plus 3 fees are added to the total. read more

This place is completely over priced. The cheapest option they have runs in the 40's for a gram.

Incredible staff! Fresh selection of premium flower and great deals. I would recommend and will be back when I visit LA

Love Green Qween! I just moved here from SF and as my first dispensary, it's truly been an amazing experience!

Great place with amazing products. Remember that there is additional parking in the back. read more

Our favorite neighborhood dispensary! Everyone is so nice and such high quality products! Gay owned! Women led loveeeee

They close at 9:55 not 10 at least let people know and put your time in as that because those 5 mins count the girl late at night was so rude I will be calling management 9/11 night shift read more

Absolutely amazing store with unique and high-quality products! Warm and welcoming vibe! The customer service was exceptional - special thanks to Nataly and Jasmine for going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommended! read more

This is my shop! Love coming here and getting the finest weeds available. They have all the good stuff like a golden state and cbx. The staff is amazing too, shout out to Sunny who is the best!! read more

The extra fees are ridiculous. Was charged $38 for a pack of pre-rolls that were $25. And their register is a scam, because my bank recognized it as an outside ATM fee. I've never had this issue at other dispensaries, won't be going back here. read more

Bella came through! So kind and patient. 10/10 whole space was a vibe. Will do business again. :)

Super cool vibe in here! Def my fav dispensary. Also they have the best tunes playing always

Do not shop here. False price advertising. They list various prices and then blame the taxes or non-existant fine print. They are also condescending to patrons when told this is bad business practice and it's misleading to patrons. You can get the same or better flower at a shop nearby. Don't give them your business, not worth the disrespect. read more

I like how they have all the products out on display. Help was super nice and understood woman issuew

For the most part, really terrible customer service. I came here the first time to buy a pen, and the individual who helped me was very sweet. Total bill was close to $100. I visited again and forgot my ID, but had a photo of it, but they wouldn't let me in. I understand that, but then the security guard gave me a hard time about waiting inside the vestibule by the door while my friend went to shop, telling me to go out on the sidewalk. Very unwelcoming, so we left without buying anything. I literally just came back a third time, 10 minutes until closing, just to quickly grab the pen and head to dinner across the street. There were about 5 to 8 customers inside as well. This new security guard was overall just a dick, obnoxious, rude, and had an overall terrible attitude, almost laughing at me when I was asking if I could just come in to grab what I needed. If your hours are until 10, then you should be operating until 10. The manager Sandy wouldn't come and speak to me either. I gave this place multiple chances, but I'm kind of disgusted at the customer service and the pretentious security guards. I won't be coming back. read more

Awesome place helpful staff. Great deals, super nice store. They have happy hour from 4-6.

My fave store in DTLA for greenz. Super polite customer service and I love the 20% happy hour on mondays to Fridays.

Yesterday 04/26/25, I bought 3.5 grams of cherry cheesecake which is advertised at 33% THC but the actual box says 26%. Another issue is I could instantly tell that it was not 3.5 grams once I got home and opened it. I weighed it myself on two different scales and got 3.0 grams both times. Very disappointed with the false advertisement. I also got 10.0 grams of the sluggers brand as well which was good flower I'll give two stars for that on top of the cashier upfront she was nice. I would give them a chance again but whoever is packaging the flower needs to be monitored closely. I've never had this issue before out of several dispensaries I've been too. read more

Awesome display and set up! A really nice selection as well. I love how it gives you the option to shop by yourself or with help.

They have the besttt selection--also love that there's a queer-owned section! 4 stars because someone who works here has given me the MOST transphobic energy; both times I visited the store, the look of disgust on their face while interacting with me has been pretty hurtful, and enough to discourage me from ever visiting again. read more

One of the best shops in DTLA. I keep coming back! Good product, friendly, and accepts all walks of life. The lgbtqia+ section won me over. Or maybe it was the disco ball. read more

My first impression of the store was very inviting. I did some browsing and felt a bit overwhelmed. Summer was the associate that assisted me and made me feel so comfortable. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased two products both gummies. 1 for uplifting and 1 for calm. I can't wait to try them. And I will definitely be back. read more

I waited to calm down to write this review, otherwise I would have left one star. They don't alert you to the $3 extra you'll be charged for using a debit card. The girl at the cashier said, oh ya, sorry, about the fee AFTER I was charged. They DO have an ATM you can use to draw cash, but getting hit with the fee and then bank fee...so I thought whatever I'm out the $3. WELL I looked at my bank account this morning and was confused when I saw an ATM withdrawal. It was Green Queen! So I got the $3 charge PLUS the bank charge for using an "ATM machine". Wtf?! What company runs a biz like this? How about give us some warming?! Let me make that choice to get ripped off. This has never happened in SF or in Oregon. Also my husband took advantage of the buy 2, get one free. We love a deal. The catch is you buy two of the specific product and THEY give you a 3rd free. Turns out that free product is worth a crap. Free is free, but when you take advantage of a deal, you want...a DEAL. read more
