I've spent A LOT of money in this store and other locations and even switched from what was originally People's OC off of the 55 fwy; I have referred a ton of people and because of the products I purchased the 25/25 was not honored but that's the least of my gripe. They have lost a customer for good. This morning I received a political blast text stating cash payment of $4.99 would 100% be donated to anti immigration protests in the community. For a while, I was happy coming here, but considering they have been open as long as they have, I was really disappointed today because I tried to use my card which doesn't have a chip, and only has the option to swipe it and none of their machines accept the swipe feature. I drove all the way from Southgate, spent about 20 minutes in the store, looking for everything I needed and ended up, leaving with nothing because their machines don't work for the swipe option. They take tap, and chip, but all of the machines are broken when it comes to the swipe option. I hope this is something they can get fixed soon. read more

10/30/22 My auntie was diagnosed with Stage 3 Uterine cancer & undergoing treatment after having had her surgery already. So I wound up shopping around and found 2 dispensaries that have that product in stock. The reason I stopped by recently was to see if maybe they had a gummy brand that surpassed Stndrd brand gummies. They didn't carry that brand so I bought another brand that was recommended by the gal up front. The staff, security and overall process is amazing! Worthy of ten stars! The product I selected didn't work for me and these were the ones recommended by the staff. The soda did do the trick which is why I left 3 stars. The security went and told them I was there and the girl still called out Trevor for the second time so I figured she did t want to service me so I waited then the manager Isabel came to me and hounded me for my ID and never approached the security guard when he coukd have saved all this energy. She said the. OK what did you want to buy so I gave her the bags and she said. Let me see your ID. She wasn't trying to calm me down nor were the othere girl and guard. The male employee was helping some one so the two ladies where hounding me then comes the guard and doesn't back me up. They we acting as if I was going to steal the bag on my hand. I tried curbside pickup for the first time here and it was definitely an experience id like to repeat. The communication via email and text was timely and helpful. I ordered it late last night after closing and it was ready first thing in the morning! They directed me to a parking space, all staff wearing masks and were so polite and friendly. They had my ordered prepared and I was set in no time. And Malissa made sure to double check my order upon paying and again as i was handed my bag full of yummy edibles. My favorite are the camino midnight blueberry edibles because they help me sleep so i was really excited to see they had them and at a super reasonable price compared to other locations. So overall, great customer service, easy ordering online, and they have a rewards program where you actually get more of a discount everytime you come vs first timer and done.
