It was my first time there, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The security guy was cool, but I'm not sure if my name wasn't entered correctly--about five people who arrived after me were helped before me. When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology or effort to provide good service. I asked the girl at the counter for $40 worth of hybrid so I could qualify for the new client freebies, but she only sold me $25 worth of flower and didn't offer many options, even after I said I wanted to spend $40. Then she didn't want to give me the freebies. I was still willing to buy more, but she didn't recommend anything beyond the $25 hybrid. I'm disappointed. I understand mistakes happen, but at the very least, provide good service to make up for it. read more

First time customer in this dispensary, had a little bit of trouble with my payment since I paid with debit and had to put my pin in; had forgotten what was my pin on debit. After that issue, I was a little confused on the whole "fee" to use my debit and the whole getting back in cash. So I had to try my payment at least 3 times. I went in around 9:30ish, mind you , it was only me and another girl in the store which she was being taken care of by another cashier. Some girl on the walkie talkie says "payment is denied there's customers waiting NEXT" with bitchy ass attitude. Mind you, the store was lonely, about to close, no music playing , it was awkward silence. Is that the way to treat your new customers? (Security at front let the employees in the back know that I was a first time customer) I don't think so. I spent about $70 in this store, my payment did go through, I tipped the nice cashier Andres (I believe that's his name) and walked out. I don't think I'm coming back here, that's not how you treat customers , at least not for them to hear this shitty attitude anyway. My experience... checked in, one other person in dispensary when I arrived and he was at the register, leaving. I reviewed their selection, found what I was after and patiently waited at the counter for the cashier to finish the transaction. A few more people walk in and start their shopping. One of those new customers grabs something off the shelf and walks up to the register and the cashier proceeds to assist them! I have now been waiting for 10 minutes, the item I want is under lock and key - and this guy just walked in! I glance over and she looks at me apologetically and says she will be right with me... I continue to wait... THEN a girl walks out from behind a door and calls out someone else's name! Boo... I walked out. Clearly... Purchased a $100 gift card back in 2021. Was told it never expires at purchase. Go to use it today. SURPRISE! They don't use those anymore. I have my original receipt of purchase for the gift card. Doesn't matter. I also used a $50 one maybe 3 months ago at this same location. Seems like the manager maybe had to override something in the system, but they accepted it. The lead says she can't do anything, but called the manager who was not there, and told us they said they WOULDN'T do anything. Haven is too big a company to not have a way to honor a gift card purchased from their very own store! Especially when I can prove its purchase. Do better by your customers. I spend way too much money here to have to beg for something to be honored that I can prove I brought from your location. I found this shop using weedmaps because they had a brand and strain that i was in search for in stock. I called ahead of time before arriving and made sure that they had inventory left. I was pretty happy to find that they had a promotion and i was able to get my product for BOGO for a $1! Win!! They offer curbside pickup which I did, and upon arrival they were just as nice with service as they were over the phone. The lady that helped me even asked me to double check my bag to make sure all my items were in there- which it wasn't so she came back to grab my product. Thanks for that! Their website clearly states the Half gram stiiizy pod is 20 bucks Full gram .......................40 Yet, I asked the seller what the prices of stiiizy pods were and he was perplexed, flummoxed, took about 1 minute to say a gram is 53 dollars after tax...they tax here...never been to a shop that taxes almost 14 bucks...at Dank Bank Collective in whittier where I been going for 3 years they only charge flat no tax fees EVER!!! The only reason I tried this shop was cause they advertise stiiizy pods that are 20 bucks for a half g and 40 for a full g....I called the California State Tax Commission and they basically said everyone who spends money at haven is getting robbed... I went a couple days ago to get a stiiizy cartridge and turned out to be rank, tasted disgusting. I went back today but forgot stiizy to exchange. 4 people ahead of me, 1 behind me. Waited patiently and already knew what I was getting. Once it was my turn the female working there at 4pm 3/7 long wavy hair took the person behind me.(I can give you a guess why) saying he is an exchange, doesn't matter, he waited all that I order in line he could have waited til my turn as it should have been. Also there was another guy behind counter. When he was done with one person he took the persons the girl was helping when he should have went to me next. The guy that was checking people in came to help me. Then the guy that helped me put one on of the wrong flavors in the bag even though he repeated the flavors. I was done before exchange guy. I went in on Thursday morning to tell them I am having a terrible experience, can I swap/pay the difference to grab a different product.. Manager comes out and says nope! this company and its employees have been amazing since i started coming here, sucks im having to leave a bad review but recently they have been having "issues" with their CC terminal on top of already charging $3 to $5 dlls to use a debit card and a credit card, me personally i own my own business as well as do my own accounting and I DO NOT charge my customer any CC fees in which my customers buy about 1k and up in merchandise, yes i understand every terminal/merchant cc company charges different % and or cc fee's but come on 3 to 5 bucks you guys are tripping, if the terminal is an issue then simply use Clover (Wells Fargo) or Converge (3rd party) i use both :) not only that i did realize that the % rates from "exclusive taxes" "state taxes" and "city taxes" are higher then what it is stated on ftb.ca.gov, the employees there are amazing always having a smile always treating one right it's not them it's the COMPANY itself like how is it possible that a terminal has been down for almost a week? just say you want cash so you don't have to report it if the company would fix all of this oh my god i would be one happy camper read more
