this company and its employees have been amazing since i started coming here, sucks im having to leave a bad review but recently they have been having "issues" with their CC terminal on top of already charging $3 to $5 dlls to use a debit card and a credit card, me personally i own my own business as well as do my own accounting and I DO NOT charge my customer any CC fees in which my customers buy about 1k and up in merchandise, yes i understand every terminal/merchant cc company charges different % and or cc fee's but come on 3 to 5 bucks you guys are tripping, if the terminal is an issue then simply use Clover (Wells Fargo) or Converge (3rd party) i use both :) not only that i did realize that the % rates from "exclusive taxes" "state taxes" and "city taxes" are higher then what it is stated on ftb.ca.gov, the employees there are amazing always having a smile always treating one right it's not them it's the COMPANY itself like how is it possible that a terminal has been down for almost a week? just say you want cash so you don't have to report it if the company would fix all of this oh my god i would be one happy camper read more

I usually go to Los Alamitos but I saw Paramount had my favourite strain in a cart so I had to come out. I actually had some clogging and spitting issues about a week later and had to come back in. The two ladies that helped me were so sweet and exchanged my vapes with no issues at all. (I've had bad experiences at Alamitos in the past with Select vapes) Thanks for being so great! There's always an issue with discounts here at this location. If you work in the Medical field they will not give you any discounts on Stiiizy products. For those are excluded for whatever reason. Sales lady also messed up my order. Had me purchase a full gram pod when I repeatedly asked for a half gram 3 times. She even confirmed that she grabbed a half gram smh. Had I not purchased another item I would have noticed the total difference. But was not made aware. This is not the behavior I expect after a full shift of working my ass off. I showed up at 9:46 ready to buy some Camino gummies and was met by the rudest security guard saying they closed their doors at 9:45 who proceeded to point to a hand written sign. I've always seen this local shop near the 91 freeway and artesia and I finally took the opportunity to check it out. The store has a variety of products to select from with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you with your selections. I'm new to CBD products and I had great help from staff workers Alexa and Nick to help me choose the right product to buy. They follow very good COVID protocols such as temperature checks at the door and allowing only a minimal amount of customers inside. Also no touching the products due to the covid restrictions. I was excited to finally reach my 25% off on my stamp card but I was denied and told I had already used it, even though I certainly had not. To make matters worse, I had placed an order for delivery, tried calling several times to get my discount figured out with no success, and they call me one time and because I didn't answer cancelled my order and didn't bother to tell me. I waited for hours thinking my delivery would be here. This is the third time they have messed up my delivery and they can't even make things right. I spend a lot of money there.
