This place is ass, never going back even if they were giving the weed away. Yesterday I went in on black Friday. I bought something I tried the day before. It had the same name but the price went up $5, I thought okay maybe they realized it was some "okkaayyy" weed raised the price no problem. But then I get home and smoked it shit was straight trash. They fucking switched the shit. And they shit smoked worse then stress......negative 5 starts man read more

Don't waste your time coming here honestly the girls working here give to much attitude and they sell broken carts and batteries. They sold me a battery that wouldn't charge or hit they even charged it themselves and said there's nothing they can do...how are you selling people broken products then saying theirs nothing you can do...I've had multiple carts broken and leaking wax out. The girls don't even pick out the stems when their giving you your weed they just break that shit up stems ripping through their bags and everything. read more

This is the second time I have been assisted by Lorena, and on both occasions, I found her behavior to be unprofessional. During my previous visit, I asked a question about a product, and she responded by laughing instead of providing a helpful answer. During my visit today, I asked about a promotion I had just seen displayed on the TV. Rather than answering my question, she responded rudely and pointed me to a different promotion. When I explained that I wanted to show her the specific promotion I was referring to, she laughed again. I ultimately walked away because I felt uncomfortable and did not understand why she continued laughing while assisting me. In addition to the repeated laughter, her attitude when I asked about the promotion came across as dismissive and unhelpful. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and being knowledgeable about current promotions. This experience did not meet those expectations and left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

Kenny is super nice, always willing to help and doesn't make you feel like a bother. There is another Latina girl who is really nice, not sure of her name but if you've gone to this place, she is very bubbly right off the bat. Lastly, there's a young black girl I think she usually wears glasses-- she's also really nice too. Kudos to those three! In a time while I was struggling and was living of the occasional $5 gram I decided to cut the route short and hit shops closer to me and I did this for almost a month and it never failed. They have all types of strains, from Indica, Sativa to Hybrid. Their weed is hella danky, it smells good too and their customer service is Gucci. And they got edibles that smack hard.
