So I wrote a review about the last time I was here and I went back today. Parking lot was clean. The store was immaculate. The security guard was very nice and as I walked through the door, the receptionist could not be any more warm and friendly incredibly cool. I waited till they called my name and Jean Pierre help me. I hope I'm spelling his name right. He answered all my questions was incredibly polite and friendly, and as he was talking to me, the passion for his industry came out and his explanation of my questions. As I was leaving almost everybody say goodbye the reception say goodbye. It was the perfect customer service experience and most notable. Besides, the warm friendly atmosphere was the patience and passion that was demonstrated to me which clearly cream rising to the top. My brother in law told me months ago he came in here and had one of the worst experiences ever. I can definitely see why. Great everything.... except prices I've been to a lot probably over 50 different dispensaries. This one upset me the most. Not because of staff or quality; it's agitating because you guys are really close to me and A LOT of others. Tax aside It's not fair how much you up the price just for no reason. Like for real take a step back and ask yourself if you guys would pay $74.99 for this because down the street they have ember valley for $50 and I know each unit isn't costing you $70 a pop.
