I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a reliable, honest plumber. Glad to have found Geovany. I had four other plumbers come to deal with a bathroom drain problem. None of them were able to diagnose or resolve the problem. Hundreds of dollars literally "down the drain". All those guys were employees for larger companies. Always use a plumber/owner like Geovany that runs their own jobs and has a team working for him. Geovany used a remote camera to find the problem on the first visit and provide a quote. On the second visit, he and his team arrived on time, cut through concrete to get to the pipes and discovered that the problem was more extensive than originally thought. (The previous owner must used non-professionals to try and fix the issue and they botched the job.) GM Pro fixed the problem in one day and for the originally quoted price. GM Pro is probably not going to be the cheapest option, but they are the best value. If you want things done right, quickly and honestly, these are the guys for the job. read more

I had banging sounds in two different locations in my pipes that other plumbers would only quote a price to fix one issue and told me it would cost more if that wasn't that last fix. And if they tore into sheet rock, I'd have to pay someone else to replace that! Geovani came out, identified one issue and fixed one sound then came out and fixed the other sound a couple of days later with minimal charge and no extra sheet rock replacement costs. Geovanny is great! We needed a new water heater in a hurry and we were looking for estimates. I spoke to Geovanny on the phone and explained to him that I had a few other outfits that were going to come by before giving me estimates. He said he didn't need to do that and could give me one over the phone and it came in under the ballpark figures I had been getting from the other folks. When I gave him the the go ahead he was at our house in under two hours with everything he needed (on a Saturday) and he was done about 2.5 hours later. We now have hot water again and what we owed in the end is exactly what Geovanny had quoted. Great work and a super nice guy too. We definitely have a new plumber moving forward. Giovanni has been our plumber even before he went out on his own, 7 years ago! He's been in business for three years and we still call him for all of our plumbing needs in two sixty-five year old old houses - quite a few. Over the years he's installed new plumbing in four bathrooms(showers, bathtubs, sinks) two water heaters, and two kitchens, including garbage disposals, water line for refrigerator ice maker/water dispenser, a gas line for a new stove, as well as, our sprinkler system and a sump pump. The guy is our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Fast, efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and tidy. That last one matters a lot to me! Giovanni guarantees all of his work and has never hesitated to respond when we call. He checks and double checks all of his work and readily answers any questions.
