Edit: A couple hours later and my toe nail polish is coming off completely... I think it's because they used gel polish without UV curing it (I didn't ask for gel). I don't know why they do this. Waste of money/time. These ladies are really nice... I really appreciated they were open on a holiday and accommodated me without an appointment. The scrubbing/callous removal treatment part was great, my feet were in bad shape and she really did a good job cleaning them up. However i'm really disappointed in how poor the paint job is. The brushing technique is just bad, the photos don't even show just how bad. It's rough, patchy, streaky etc. I had her try to fix one nail but there wasn't much point in fixing the whole thing when it was clear she doesn't have the proper skill. I'm too shy to push back harder or cause a fuss. I still tipped generously and thanked her for her work. But I can't say I'll come back. read more

Nope! I came here on a whim because my usual spot was too busy for walk-ins.. I have been getting gel x for 2 years now and have never had such a sloppy job. Not sure if they are not trained properly on the technique but if you don't know how to do it properly don't offer it. I wanted a simple fun color french and oh boy... she glued the first nail like halfway on my nail had to tell her to take it off and redo it. Manicure is full of bubbles, air pockets where dirt can get in and even had a brush hair in one of my nails. I'm writing this a week after I got it done and nails are already coming off. $70 for a set of gel X that I have to get redone in a week. read more

Not even 12 hours later and my pedicure is ruined! I noticed what I thought was a chip in my nail polish on my big toe this morning after getting a pedicure the night before. A few hours in to my morning and I realized the chip is in my toenail! My nail has never split like this before and my nail polish also rubbed off on three of my toes. I've only worn sandals so it definitely shouldn't have rubbed off if it was properly dry as they said it was. I'm extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with their service. Two stars for their pricing a pleasant demeanor but ultimately not worth it to come here! read more

They bring you water automatically and will make you a Vietnamese coffee if you like. I came here as a walk-in a few weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. I had called ahead and was told that they were not busy and walk-ins were fine. When I arrived, I was directed to wait by the lobby and given the color samples meanwhile. Another walk-in showed up, and somehow she was immediately helped, including a massage, a drink, and more. By now, I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. The ladies apologized for their mistake, but things got worse. They gave me the chair by the window, and it was so hot that day. Other people next to me said something about the heat and management finally turned on some fans. They were a mess - they took another 30 minutes to even start with me and it was very disorganized. When they did my nails, a man was doing my manicure, and another lady my pedicure. I paid for a massage, but they lady didn't even bother doing it since she was rushed. I called her out on it, but she wasn't paying attention. Her work was messy, and she got nail polish everywhere on my toes. She had to keep fixing things, and in the end, my toes were all splotchy. As for my hands, I believe I got a fungal infection from this place. The man doing my nail extensions was also rushed, and kept using his dirty fingernails to push my cuticles. I asked him to please use clean tools but he said it was fine. He got glue all over my fingers, and tried to rip it off after it dried. This was very painful. I had to see a doctor, since my fingers all were red and inflamed for a week after they did my nails. Overall, they are not very consistent, need better organization, and they definitely need to follow better practices when it comes to tool sanitation. Be wary, it seems this place has been through multiple name changes, and each time, they didn't seem to have good reviews. read more
