The staff here is very kind and attentive. They make sure you are comfortable the entire time. Diamond did my pedicure and Kathy did my manicure, I highly recommend them and this location. I did have a minor issue with the gel on my pedicure not fully drying, I called the next day and they were quick to fix it and make sure I was pleased with the quality after. They were super kind about it and made me feel welcomed to come back. I will surely be making this place my go to place to get my nails done. read more

I got a French manicure with dip powder and a regular pedicure for my birthday / honeymoon trip to Mexico and they are still looking wonderful. I came to this place multiple times and I'm satisfied every single time. The staffs were so friendly and nice and the atmosphere is super cozyyyy ! Prices are affordable and most importantly my nails don't chip or fall off until I visit again. Poor quality service and the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I brought my gift certificate for their business with me, looked forward to a relaxing mani / pedi after a long work month, ahead to ask to change to what I asked for twice, and was denied to use my gift certificate. A female worker, who didn't even do my service, then became combative with me when I presented my gift certificate to her, started yelling and waiving her arms at me, and overall was just extremely aggressive towards me. This has become one of my fav. nail salons! The quality of their work lasts and they have great colors to choose from, gel/powders, chrome etc. Today i got white dip set with chrome on top. Was going for the "Hailey Bieber Nails" glazed donut look. I think these nails came out great! So pretty how they reflect in different lighing. Also she did a fantastic job on the shape. I came in with my friends looking for acrylics. May did my nails and they did not turn out well. She told me 40$ for the dip and a 1$ per nail color. I got a French tip that was done poorly and the dip didn't turn out well. She chose the wrong nail size for my finger and it is causing me pain in my index fingers. She also didn't cover my natural nail with the dip, I can see my natural nail on the sides. There are dents in my nails as well. She ended up charging me 50$ for my French tip and it was very disappointing. May also told me the rhinestones were "free". I was looking forward to pampering myself and the results aren't anything close to what I wanted. read more

I went here for a pedicure one day after work as a walk in and had nice work done by Kim. I went another day hoping to get a pedicure by the same person. I walked in on a Thursday evening and there was just one person getting a pedicure. The lady working asked how she can help me & I let her know I wanted a pedicure. She asked if I had an appointment & I said I didn't. She asked me to come back in an hour. I found that a little odd. I don't live in the area and I didn't want to waste an hour so what did I do? What anyone else would do, I went across the street to another nail salon that sat me in 15 mins. The place across the street was pretty busy which made me question if some of those clients were turned away by this business. The 3 stars are for Kim and because she did a wonderful job. But very poor service from the woman who told me to return in an hour when there was literally one customer there. read more

Usually love coming here. Got a pedicure from a guy I had never seen before. Seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Disappointed that I paid for the most expensive pedicure and didn't enjoy it. It was messy and I didn't get my money's worth. He poured way too much lotion. It was all over my legs, the floor, him, and towels. He had to walk away to wash his hands off bc it was too much. He cut the message short and ended up just wiping the remaining lotion off with a towel. May return if I get a different person. read more
