My mother has been a client for many years and has consistently scheduled her appointments through Karen. During her last three visits, she was met with unprofessional and hostile behavior. Most recently, you yelled at her and questioned her integrity regarding her appointment, demanding that she call Karen on the spot to prove she was not lying. It is not our responsibility to manage the lack of communication between you and your employees. I have personally confirmed my mother's call logs and the time she spent coordinating her appointments. they fucked up my nails gave me among us extra long French tip nails, and my friend got AI generated looking nails another friend of mine got no a clear French tip with you can see the dirt underneath the nail she almost blew my hand off with that nail file my nail beds are incredibly damaged. Avoid! Such a bummer - I wanted to like this place since it's super convenient for me to get to. Pros: - convenient location, easy parking - nice ladies - decent looking mani pedi (small bubbles here and there but fine) - callus removal was successful Cons: - had me sit down and put feet into dirty bath (hadn't bagged yet) - cut me multiple times on fingers (little cuts but stung for days when I would shower/wash hands) SEE PHOTOS - !!!!!!!! toe INFECTION and painful pedicure - instead of cutting excess skin, she cut and grabbed skin, literally ripped the skin down and off - it was so tender and rest of pedicure was uncomfortable (then developed an infection with PUS next day lasting few days, not surprised since she literally ripped off my skin) SEE PHOTOS I had two different ladies helping me (mani and pedi) but yet both resulted in wounds. I've NEVER had a nail infection and to get my first one at 33 years old is pretty telling of this place. The mani and pedi appearance is okay (minus the bubble on mani) but it's a hard "no" for the pain and pus endured. The sad thing is that they weren't even in a rush so I'd hate to see what that would've been like. Please be kind to yourself and go elsewhere. Since Spring Nails has changed ownership, the service has gone downhill. After 18 years, I will no longer get my nails done here. The manager didn't prioritize our appointment over the other walk-ins, causing us to wait 45 minutes before they started on our nails. The manager was so annoying with her fake apologies. She was also telling people who were coming in that their wait was only 15 minutes, but they were waiting for more than 30 minutes before they sat in the chair. And the color selection was sparse with old nail polish. There are plenty of better nail salons in the area. read more

Very good time, the job was very well done. I felt like an aristocrat. My wife got gel nails for the first time and they look fabulous as well as her feet treatment and toenails done too. Once upon a time, I was a girl with a job and money to throw around on stuff like nails and eyebrows. I may or may not currently be a girl with 35 hours worth of spare change to throw around on nails and eyebrows -- but I deluded myself into thinking that this morning so I could go see Spring Nails, Lily and company, after a 4 year hiatus. Lily remembered me upon sight but my name showed up a bit later -- and I was amazed she remembered my usual. I was flat-out dumbfounded that the Yelp said just a few stars. Four years ago, this place was shiny and new, clean and with such friendly service. One in 50 times did I get someone who couldn't communicate but it still ended up an okay adventure. After seeing the stars, I braced myself for the worst. A friend of mine has her favorite place and it's what I imagined -- worn out and tin roof rusted. But Spring Nails is just as clean and fresh as ever before. The massage chairs are new and fabulous, hot water hot and sudsy, the colors of nail polish are all well kept, sweeping happens regularly, and most of the staff is "smiles everyone" unless they are concentrating on a customers' digits. So, I don't get the 3 stars... because I got the usual 5 star service. My eyebrows are back to being old Hollywood starlet soft and sexy ::: Spok eye:::: and my nails are even, shiny, and decorated again. I actually have shopped around on price and Spring Nail deserves and extra star for being so clean and nice and reasonably priced. The parking lot is huge, they are freeway (405) close, and next to a few places for a coffee or tea pick-up whilst you are mani-cured from the busy world. What I'm trying to say is, I'm glad I'm back! See you in a few weeks Lily! Now the bad side. I don't know if ya'll are aware of the robbery that credit card service providers are inflicting on many of your favorite local businesses, but talk about double-dipping. Many have a charge to the vendor for using the service, Then THEN they take a percentage of the sale. So your tip money, boys and girls, is getting eaten up by the credit card service providers. In the case of Spring Nails, they don't have a "tip" line on the credit card charge slip. Hey, that's just how it is. Just for the sake of not paying the credit card companies extra money from your tip, you might want to bring cash for tip money. No, this really sucks - you and our favorite places are getting ripped-off and it's sad. Either we pay for the convenience of the charge card by not passing on a full tip for a hard working person, or we get charged "a little extra" (many companies have increased their prices, thus, keeping us from visiting as often as we like) to cover the exorbitant charges the CC machine people take above and beyond the per transaction fee. read more

The owner, Kim, did my toes and did such a great job. I haven't gotten a good French tip in awhile and she nailed it. She really took the time to make sure it looked good. One of my toes didn't look as good as she wanted so she started over and redid it. Now THAT is service! I don't remember who did my nails but I got an ombré color on my nails and it looks AMAZING! I made an appointment time which was not honored even though I arrived early. The manicurist lied to me on the phone and in person saying she had the color I wanted. I waited a long time. I told them I would do an errand at Pavilions. I still had to wait after I returned. Then Mary, the manicurist, finally had me sit at a station which was about an hour after my appointment time. She did not have the mail polish color I wanted. She initially stuck my fingers in a bowl of nail polish remover which really stung. She finally removed my old polish in a more careful, less painful way. I had to choose another nail polish color which was better than totally leaving the salon. The finished manicure turned out well. I doubt I will return here. My time is precious and I don't like to deal with a dishonest person who is so desperate for business that she lies! read more

What I got were lumps of thick stuff they call overlay powder that were done terrible. The owner only cared about being paid not even a dollar off. One of the worst places I have ever been to. I called before I showed up and they said that they had no wait and my nails were going to be $32 (Gel full set). Once I got there I waited more than a half of an hour just for someone to start doing my nails, then they left in the middle of it to go wax someones eye browns. Once they came back they started talking with the other ladies in the shop and thats when I realized that they wanted to charge me 32 then 42 and then changed there minds and told me that it was going to be 55. They blatantly took a vantage of me, i said that i no longer wanted gel and that i just want regular nail polish then thats when the lady started saying what ever price came to her into her mind... Well let's see call to make an appointment with friends. I had to sit while they were getting their pedicures bc the person who was supposed to do my pedicure took some 5 mins before my appointment. Hi Kim, The last couple of times that I've came in for services have been very unpleasant. The most recent time was this Tuesday, 7/17/18. This year will be 9 years going there for services and I had never seen this elderly lady. When Jennifer does my pedicure it usually takes 20-30 minutes because she is just amazing!! This lady was done like in 10-15 minutes. She also cut me of course because she was in a rush. I thought it was just me but the gentleman next to me asked me what type of pedicure I got done because it was super fast. You were not there, I was going to go back near closing time to ask for you but I doubt I'll be back soon. If I ever do go back it will be by appointment only and with Jennifer only. This place isn't one of your super fancy nail salons where you get flowers in your pedicure water, or have a huge plasma in the middle of the shop blaring the View or Oprah. I like it that way - because it keeps down costs, and the girls are always friendly anyways. :) I have been coming here for years, and the "main players" are all still here, which tells me that turnover is NOT a problem with Lily - the shops Manager. She does an awesome job of threading! Usually super busy, because people love her full set skills. Stacey is second in command, and she also does a great job at waxing, and super attentive when it comes to service over all. She does a killer job at pedis - and always has a smile on her face. Update Jan 2016 Last time I went one of the ladies jabbed my toe underneath my big toe nail and actually drew blood. She used some liquid in a green glass vial to stop the bleeding. I've never been hurt here and I didn't like the way the brushed it off after I kept telling her it hurts. She said it was ingrown, but none of my toe nails are. Won't be coming back here. read more
