This is a family owned business, I've been here many times and I highly recommend calling in advance to make an appointment. They usually have space on short notice but it's still worth a call to save time. The vibe is friendly, clean and they do a great job.

I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.

I went in today for a routine acrylic fill and was extremely unhappy with the results. An older…read morelady filed the old acrylic off and she wasn't paying attention and almost filed a hole through to my nail bed. After, a different lady ended up doing the rest of the service and did an awful job filing as well. My nails are not straight, point in several different directions, are all different lengths, and my cuticles are bloody and raw. When I (politely!) asked if there was a possibility of a discount for the damaged nail at the end of the appointment, I was told to talk to who I believe was the owner or supervisor, I showed her the picture of the nail I was referring to (just solid color, stiletto shaped-- nothing fancy!) and she showed it to another customer who rudely and unwelcomly decided to comment on the situation. I walked out with no discount or offer to at least fix the horrendous nail job they provided. Highly do not recommend their services and they are rushed and unprofessional.

She INSISTED on PULLING out a hangnail in my big toe. When I say insisted, I told her repeatedly to stop and leave it alone just paint my toenail because it hurt and she was hurting me. She did it anyway... Long story short, it bled and became swollen and extremely irritated. I cleaned it, soaked it, but it's still so irritated I think I have to go to the doctor to get it looked at.

Cozy Nail Spa is the cutest addition to the area! I decided to check them out, as I saw on Facebook…read morethat they're offering 20% off all services in July for first time patrons. From the moment I walked in, the staff and the environment were super welcoming. Everything was very clean and modern, with plenty of seats for both manicures and pedicures. I scheduled a deluxe pedicure, and it was amazing! The chairs are very unique and give off futuristic vibes, as well as provide many massage options. My appointment was with Debbie, and she really took her time with a great massage complete with lotions warm towels, and a hot stone finish. They offer so many levels of manis and pedis, from basic to premium, at a range of price options for every budget. I was very impressed with how many color options they have, too!

The only thing was, not being familiar with going for these services or anything very being here, I was kind of confused. The biggest thing was when I was done, nobody came to ring me up, but they didn't explain how to pay and leave a tip on their tablet they used for payment. When I tapped my card, it completed the transaction. When I go back, I'll know for next time, but if they had someone take a minute to show me, I could have known how to use the tablet and tipping system.
