This was my first visit to Lotus Nail Studio, and I'd say it went pretty well. I hadn't gotten a pedicure in about 4 years, so I decided to treat myself to what I anticipated to be a fancy pedicure.
When I walked in, a girl asked me if I had an appointment and she wasn't too friendly or welcoming. Just very straightforward and told me to pick a polish and sit in the back. The salon itself is very pretty looking and clean. I waited just a few minutes and then was brought to the spa chair by another girl, who was quite pleasant!
I chose the deluxe pedicure, which was $75. My feet were cleaned up first (nails trimmed, cuticles fixed up, & the bottom of my feet were sanded down). There were a couple of different massages and a wax soak, which were all very nice. The chair itself was nice & had a few massage settings, which made the experience more relaxing.
In the end of it all, I was very pleased with how clean my feet felt! After leaving I had noticed that there was a spot of dead skin on my pinky toe that had been missed, and there was a little cut on one of my heels from being filed down too much. Definitely not the end of the world and I still really enjoyed this pedicure, but I was a just disappointed that these things occurred for how much I had paid for the pedicure itself.
I would certainly say to still check out this spot, because it's very nice being in a truly clean nail salon. I am unsure if I would visit again, only because I did not feel that this experience lived up to the price point. read more
