They have a solid footprint of space available, some of which houses art that you can peruse and purchase, some of which serves as communal space for events and such. Really cool! They had a "kink and draw" event going on simultaneously while we were there. It was nice of them to give us the space to vibe and do our thing. I noticed there was even a kitchen area in the back. Bathrooms were kind of down-on-their-luck but serviceable. Parking around here is atrocious though, especially during peak hours like a Friday night, fair warning if you intend to drive here.

When I got there, no one offered to help set up or even introduced themselves. I was basically on my own and paid 200 dollars for 7 kids to pain on canvases. I could've bought the material and did it myself for way cheaper. They seem very impatient with children and one instructor actually snapped at my child (the birthday girl) because her hand placement was wrong on the painting... she was 6. No one wants to see small downtown businesses succeed more than me and I'm really sad to say this but this is not a place I would give any more of my hard earned money to.

I'm not saying the mall was ever slated for destruction, just happy to see it breathing new life. There's an eatery called Eco Bistro, a gym, PNC and a couple of other businesses currently occupying the facility. The updates from lighting to furnishings and flooring make it a much different place that I knew as my days stomping around as an AIP student. Check it out if you're in the area.

Amber also gave us a discount the first two months to help out with our cross country move from California. In addition she went out of her way to tell us about the area so that we could make a wise decision concerning housing. As far as the facility it is secure, clean and very accessible. There are plenty of storage bins and carts for public use as well as hydraulic lifts to get your items from the garage floor. 24hr access is a plus along with access codes for all doors. The lift elevator is very accessible with a 6ft wide opening and will accommodate three large roll carts. If you are looking for a great storage company definitely check this location out!
