This year Christine suggested I try their "midnight magic" mulch. it's a few dollars more per yard but worth every penny. I needed a lot--30 yards. Looks amazing, so finely ground and really holds its color over a month past I installed it. Then I needed river rock. had no idea how much for a new bed. I gave her the measurements and her estimate of 5 tons was perfect! Not short to save a few bucks. You can't go wrong with the Queen! she and her team are real pros.

That said, I ran an errand for my wife to return a plant that did not make it to a year and would be covered under their warranty. But during my visit they had to get sign-off by two different people - one who confirmed what we already knew, one who apparently said "we didn't give it a fighting chance." Mind you, I'm hearing this all secondhand from an employee who was saying this to a cashier (and making sure I could hear her). It was a $45 plant, and the warranty was up in a week... And everything else we planted last year from them survived. They just need to do a little bit better here.
