The owner Erin ordered the incorrect style of siding which we didn't realize until my construction…read morecrew showed up to start the job. I called them and they couldn't get the correct siding for 2 weeks so I was forced to change colors in order to get another color rushed in in 2 days. Erin tried to blame me for her incompetence. On top of this i had to pay another$720 for the correct style that had originally told her I wanted. Then 2 days later when they went to deliver the siding to me they weren't going to leave it because now I had a dumpster in my driveway which prevented them from backing up to my garage to pick up the incorrect siding order. I'm 57 year old widow with asthma and it was 95 degrees out. I had to start hauling the incorrect siding boxes out of my garage and dragging them up the lawn closer to the driver truck and threatening lawsuit in order TY get the driver to agree to leave my siding. He said he would get into trouble with Erin but didn't want to see my get hurt. I still had to help him unload 24 boxes of siding and start loading the incorrect siding from the garage onto his truck until Blake from the office showed up. Erin made me feel like I was being held hostage from getting my job done all because of the error she made! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The associate was very helpful and gave us his opinion on different brands, which would fit our needs and longevity. The delivery and installation process was unfortunately not as good as the in-store experience. The delivery guys refused to touch the water line attached to our fridge and said our 3 prong electrical outlet of our dryer was not up to code and wouldn't install it, despite us consulting with 2 separate electricians on the outlet safety and the Lowes website allowing us to select a 3-prong cord. We had to hire a plumber to come out to detach the water line and an electrician to install a new 4 prong outlet. It was a significant extra cost, as well as took up our time to coordinate all the appointments between work. We are also still waiting on our dishwasher to be delivered and installed, which was ordered a month ago. Store itself is clean and associates are helpful, but the installation and other services and not up to expectations.

For my most recent visit, I shopped only in the garden center. All products that I wanted were in stock. I stacked 20 bags of soil onto a cart. Because of the recent rains, the bags were wet and muddy. I felt surprised and happy that one brand had a sale for buying three bags and getting three bags for free. At the checkout, I did not have to wait in line at all. The cashier politely greeted me, accurately scanned my purchase and processed my payment, and thanked me.

Prior to my visit, I had looked up certain products on Home Depot's website to determine their aisle and bay numbers in the store. Then when I was inside the store, I did not have to wander around to find the products, because I knew exactly where to walk. This store appeared to be well-stocked with appliances, tools, paint, plumbing supplies, building materials, and other merchandise. I appreciated that an employee asked me if I was finding what I needed. I used the self-checkout. I easily figured out how to scan and pay for my products. I now have the caulk tool, primer, paint brushes, and duct register to fix up my room!

My only complaint is not really anything they can do about. I hate self check out! Luckily there were lines open and people who could help you. Self checkout is annoying and people should get rid of it. Great supply of all the home things you need. Just ask for help finding something if you can't find it!
