We had contracted Resnick Roofing & Contracting to replace our damaged roof after a severe hail storm had left significant damage to our existing roof. From the start to the end of the process, we were completely informed and educated along the way and left to make our own uninfluenced decisions. Adam (CEO) had met with us to go over all of the material options, why they use only the best, how they go about the process and why they do things the way they do to make sure we were comfortable with everything and understood the entire process. We were also given many options as to when the work would be done and they were extremely flexible to accommodate the work being scheduled so it timed nicely with us being away on vacation for part of the work. There were some aesthetic challenges around the flashing near our stucco. Adam was not happy with the way the flashing was laying when he inspected the work and called me immediately to talk me through it and made sure we had a plan to do something to my satisfaction after he made some creative suggestions. There was only one minor issue with one shingle buckling so we contacted the company and they had guys out here the very next day to fix it. Unlike the other reviews, we had a wonderful experience with Resnick Roofing. Our home was recently affected by a hail storm and they were able to walk us through the entIre (and overwhelming) process with expertise and experience. They were more expensive than the other contractors we met with, but that is because they offered a much better roofing package with a significantly better warranty. We met with their salesperson Sean Stoker and he explained we would find less expensive quotes but he was able to explain why we should look at investing more into a superior package. Not knowing what to expect as this was our first roof replacement, we felt very comfortable and were not disappointed after signing. From start to finish, their communication was amazing! We were notified in advance around what to expect each day during the installation and the craftsmanship was exactly what was promised. Each day, they cleaned up and left our yard spotless. After the job was finished, their project manager scheduled a meeting with us to review the final inspection. What he said, he did. Which is worth 5 stars in itself. The crew, Dennis and T.C. are superior craftsman that pay attention to the smallest details of their work. They both strove to insure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Also, both were a pleasure to have at our home. I wanted to extend a portion of our front porch. First of all I'd like to say That I never post reviews, I have read some great reviews on here and a bad one. I've got to say I was concerned with the bad review until I looked at the bad reviewer's other reviews and realized he posted equally bad reviews for Chipotle, Condados, 2 Costco's, 3 post offices among many others and boy am I glad I decided to ignore this review. Leah was one of the most kind and considerate people that I have ever dealt with. I explained that I was having a Big birthday party for my daughter in a week and I needed the hole in my roof fixed immediately, She understood and sent out a very kind estimator Craig that day. They rushed the job through were done by Friday with all the repairs completed and the house looked as good as new. We had a wonderful party. Contacted Resnick Roofing for a siding quote on James Hardie siding. Their sales professionals were on time and very knowledgeable on the product. They followed all CDC guidelines, with mask wearing and booties while entering my home. It was easy to get in contact with them and they answered all questions I had. Scheduling was easy and I knew what was going on with my project every step of the way. They uploaded photos of my house into the Hardie website so I could see renderings of different colors and siding profiles, which was a very neat feature. They also sent me former customer addresses so I could see their work on other house. We are thrilled with how the new siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts look! Had Resnick replace our old leaking tin box gutters with new copper gutters. Original quote was very detailed and high but they matched a lower quote from competitor. The two gutter experts that worked on our house (Drazen and Frank) as well as all their assistants were very knowledgeable, responsible, and professional and did great work. Also repaired damaged soffits/eaves and reinforced roof joists to ensure that roof is solid. We are very happy with the quality of the job and, while it was not inexpensive, we got a professional job, done right and have gutters that should last for another 100+ years. read more
