The bid was higher than every other place we contacted, by about $2500, however, the security and personal service they were showing us made us decide we wanted to go with Resnick. I will update this review once the job has been completed!

Steve was one of the numbers I called, and he came out the next day to provide an estimate. His number was very reasonable so I hired him on the spot. In less than a week, Steve was out there and took down the old siding and put up the new. He did a very good job, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend to friends.

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!

My roof leaks worst than before they did the "repairs" and now I have thousands of dollars in damages. Stay far away from this company. Unethical and don't stand by their work. To our astonishment Adam from Ireland climbed up on our roof (and my neighbor's) to assess the leaking problems. He found misplaced and rusted nails that created holes for water to penetrate. However, the 5 star experienced stopped there. After they took away the dumpster, the driveway had large scrapes (which the dumpster company documented) and there were oil marks left all over the driveway. I was in the driveway when the dumpster was removed and talked to the driver while he took pictures of the damage. EAS confirmed they'd be fixing it and was even specific on how - they would be using a pressure washer on the whole driveway so it looked consistent. This didn't happen - they sent roofers over with scrub brushes, which obviously did nothing. I went back and forth with Kristi in the office who said they would make things right, particularly the scrapes/gouges. The last comm I received from them was October 6, 2025. I tried them again once the snow has stopped and they didn't respond. At this point I have no choice other than to give them a bad rating. If they want to actually respond and fix the driveway, I would happily reconsider the rating.
