To our astonishment Adam from Ireland climbed up on our roof (and my neighbor's) to assess the leaking problems. He found misplaced and rusted nails that created holes for water to penetrate. When he climbed down we were shown photos of the problems and were waiting to get an estimate. Instead, He caulked the bad nail pops and holes and stopped any further leaking into our homes.
