I tried texting and left voicemail to no avail. It feels like a hit and run response to doing business. I don't think I will use this business again. I spoke to the manager after initially posting a two star rating, and he assured me that the issues would be resolved. my new rating of 3 stars is currently posted.

The pricing was fair, and the cleaning was scheduled for Friday at noon. Jose called me on Thursday evening, asking if the cleaners could come at 9am on Friday instead. I agreed to the last minute change. The cleaners never came. I texed and called Jose a few times throughout Friday, asking if and when the cleaners would come, and received no response. Around 1pm, I texted him saying that if I did not receive a response by 5pm, I would book another service. He responded 15 minutes later, saying that the cleaners could come Saturday morning instead. I am writing this review at 10:40am on Saturday, after texting and calling Jose at 8:30am and 9:54am. I have received no response, and there have been no cleaners sent to my address. Overall, this experience has wasted a lot of time and effort on my part. I have since booked with another cleaning service that is professional, diligent, and communicative, offers a competitive price, and fulfills services that Shadyside House Cleaning charges extra for.

I notified Allgood several time via telephone, email, text, and even once when they were at my home to give me a quote on a new roof. I showed the salesman what was wrong with the one window and I was advised he would report it immediately to the corporate office however I never heard back. After receiving another roofing estimate which was about $4500.00 cheaper I decided that due to the lack of service on repairing a minor window lock, there was no way they would respond if a roof were to develop a leak. As of this review I have not received any correspondence from Allgood with respect to repairing my window. I can not with a clear conscious recommend this company to anyone searching for home remodeling or repair as they do not honor their warranty.

Here we are 6 months later and the job still isn't done to our satisfaction. First off they basically force you into the "deal" they offer at the time of the estimate or else you pay nearly double. Then, communication between reps/offices is completely lacking. Let's not even mention the empty promises and insincere apologies. Several times I was told the crew would be out the next day and they wouldn't show, and no call to let me know they couldn't make it. Suffice it to say once the job was completed, my boyfriend and I had several concerns about the appearance of the roof (looked like there were several places susceptible to leaks) that were repeatedly waved off with more promises that it would not leak, rather than them just fixing the problems. I'm still fighting with the company to get the job done right and after all the hassle I feel like 8 grand is way too expensive for a rubber band-aid that looks like crap.

The guys got right to work cleaning my love seat and wool area rug, and the job was done within 40 minutes.
