He tried to justify an unreasonable price increase by claiming he had to 'walk the block' to get from the front to the back of my property. In reality, it's literally 50 steps, and he parks his van right at the back of my row house, at the property line, making the 'distance' seem like a non-issue. On top of that, he mentioned volume being a factor, but I don't even have a yard--he's just weed whacking cracks in cement.
