We needed a new roof, gutters, and siding (ours was literally falling off!!), with some window framing to tie it together. Once they got started, the whole house was done within a week's time. We went out of town for the week, and Dan sent us pictures and updates while we were away. The pricing was fair and a great value. Dan did not try to over-sell us on anything, and stayed within our budget. Everyone in my neighborhood has been complementing the house! I cannot recommend them enough!!

In fact, the new homeowner is continuing his services. The yard is challenging; it's basically a rocky, steep hill with lots of overgrowth. I called 15+ companies before finding this one, and of the few that bothered to return my call, they declined the job because of the hill. He had no hesitations about the lawn, and was willing to schedule right away. He did a good job getting the overgrowth under control initially, and has maintained the space well. I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!
