Although my floor is only 8 years old, the tiles were uneven and loose throughout; the grout was not a uniform color, and the grout was severely cracked and in some places chunks of grout loosened and popped out. The installers failed to seal the grout or even clean the grout film off of the tiles. The floor began deteriorating after approximately five years. The original floor installers did a poor job at every level. I had to spend a great deal of money to hire a company to fix my floor, which Roach & Ziegler refused to do. I approached Roach & Ziegler several times asking for someone to look at the floor, but I could not even get anyone to return a phone call. The employees from the renovation company said the my floor was the worst installation that they had ever seen. If you want to risk having "the worst installation" possible, go ahead and call Roach & Ziegler.
