Replace the combo breaker & fuse box with a proper service panel 2. Rewire the lower level garage inside lighting, replacing the switches and power outlets with new hardware 3. Install a second light switch on the lower level for the flood lights outside the garage. 4. Replace a 4-way light switch in the house with an in-the-wall programmable timer. The 'before' pictures are from 2022 when I decided there was a problem. You can see what Dan and his assistant had to start with. I am pleased with the results displayed in the 'after' pictures.
