Noah's Ark Plumbing

Noah's Ark Plumbing

(5 reviews)

I'm happy to share a positive service review for Noah's Ark Plumbing & Excavating…read more(https://www.facebook.com/Noaharkplumbing/, 724-683-4739). I have owned my home for fifteen years now, and I've always had issues with my kitchen sink draining slowly from time-to-time. Several different plumbers have taken a look, and they've each offered a solution - snaking, reconfiguring the under-sink plumbing, even installing a very expensive stent. None of the previous plumbers took the time or had the ability to correctly diagnose and completely repair the problem - until Ryan, Michelle, and Larry from Noah's Ark Plumbing & Excavating. When I called Ryan, he responded promptly and put me on the schedule right away. When he was unable to resolve the problem with the equipment that he had on hand, he came out the next day with what was needed. After working diligently, he was not satisfied with the results, so he took the time and applied his expertise to actually diagnose the problem. It turns out that the previous owners hadn't connected the kitchen drain to the sewer line when they converted from septic to city sewage! It was still connected to a poorly draining greywater line. Because my house sits on a slab (no basement, no crawlspace) and because I didn't want to jackhammer up the kitchen floor, Ryan put a lot of effort into identifying the best way to get this challenging job done. Despite the complications, the Noah's Ark team were always polite, professional, and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that the job would be done correctly at an affordable cost to me. In one day's time, they were able to excavate in my yard as needed to connect my kitchen drain into the public sewer system, and I now have a fully functional kitchen sink drain that should never need more work beyond routine maintenance. Because they did not have to excavate as much as originally estimated, they actually charged me LESS than the original estimate! That's honesty! Did I mention that Noah's Ark guarantees their work for as long as I own my home!? When was the last time you heard that sort of guarantee!? In the process of this project, Ryan also unclogged my laundry room floor drain, and he was ready to re-route it if needed - again exploring intelligent alternatives to excavating through my home's floor. Fortunately, he and Michelle got the job done without having to reconfigure any plumbing. Despite a delay on another client's project, they still made it out to my home on the day they promised, even though it meant working into the evening. The Noah's Ark Plumbing & Excavating team are exceptional. They respond to calls, book appointments in a timely manner, and keep those appointments. The rates are affordable, and even more importantly, they take the time to correctly diagnose the problem and to implement a proper (and guaranteed) solution. Ryan took the time to involve me in the process so that I would understand the problem(s) and the options for remedying them. I greatly appreciated his honesty and respectfulness. I would enthusiastically recommend Noah's Ark to family and friends, knowing that they could depend on the crew to do a great job. Note: I am not related to Noah's Ark Plumbing & Excavating in any way, nor did I know them prior to hiring them for this project. I'm just a very satisfied customer. I decided to DIY a simple room makeover in my powder room. I went to change the faucet, something I…read morehave done before and suddenly realized when everything started leaking that I was out of my league and needed an adult. I called Ron Miller Plumbing the day after it incident occurred, and unfortunately their team had been hit hard by the recent sickness everyone's kids are bringing home from school. They told me it would probably be the next week before they could send someone out. When Sean became available, their dispatcher called and had him to my door in under 20 minutes! He came in, fixed what I broke and installed the faucet. They were in and out in less than an hour and so nice and respectful of my property. Their prices are fair and their work is great. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing done! Thanks, Sean!

It's rare that I give 5 stars, even rarer for a non-food related review.... Ron Miller plumbing…read morewas highly recommended to us by a local municipality who knew how bad our situation was. Ron Miller plumbing came out and got us cleared almost immediately, to the utter joy of my family. Next we formulated a plan for them to come back as soon as they were free and continue with a much larger repair. They cleared their schedule and showed up on the next morning and got the proper repairs done in a clean and timely manner. They went way above what is expected from a contractor and I know, I was a building Engineer for 24 years back in LA. Overall I was incredibly happy with their work, their work ethic and especially the price. I know what it takes to do such a big job and Ron Miller plumbing really came through for us in a huge way, Aloha
