After four months of getting a run around I asked to be able to get my own plumbing co. I contacted Krupp Whitney and they couldn't be anymore accommodating to my situation. They responded immediately and gave me a fair assessment of the job. There were many unknowns due to the extent of damage to the old crock sewer line from the house to the street. They were able to line part of the sewer which eliminated having to dig up my sidewalk but the concrete street and the front yard had to be excavated. They kept me well informed as things progressed. All the workers were very skilled and professional and answered any questions that I had. It became apparent that there were many problems due to the age of the line (over 100yrs.) I observed the whole process and was able to see where the problems were. The equipment, tools and machinery were state of art. Everyone in the company that I had contact with from the owner, to the secretary, to the many different workers were very nice, very professional and did their job well.
