I was good with this and explained that I had a certain date that it needed to be complete because the house was going on the market. They were not the lowest estimate that I received but they said they could make my date. However they kept on pushing my install further and further out even though the weather has been great. Well, the due has passed and when I spoke with Tim he suggested that he complete the work when I would not be able to be there in person. I flip houses for a living and I have been burned by the best of contractors who promise one thing and deliver another. The only way to prevent this is to be there to manage the project. Tim was insulted that I had to be there and told me that he did not want my business and to find another contractor. So after wasting 3 weeks on my time with Carmell, I am now forced to go find another contractor which will certainly delay my listing. In my business, time is money. I have never been treated so poorly by any business that I had an executed contract with. Stay away from these jokers.
