They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I almost don't want to tell everyone how good they are because then they'll become too busy, ha! They truly deserve your business.

The Bridge City Team provided the required documentation for HOA and helped us get through the approval process within 24 hours (after I sent the request for HOA approval to the wrong email and wasted over a week and a half). My deck seems to be more substantial, stronger and better looking than those in surrounding townhomes. The Bridge City Team even helped us regrade the back yard, which had been a stony mess as with many new construction builds. For phase II of the build, the Bridge City Team will be building a stamped concrete patio walkout under the deck, retaining wall planters at the side of the townhome as well as a gabled roof above the deck. For those in the Pittsburgh region who need to build a patio or deck, need interior or exterior concrete or masonry work completed, need to transform your interiors or install hardscape, outdoor kitchen and fireplaces, please consider using the excellent Bridge City Team. I highly recommend them

The sales rep/owner Chad Sipes came to my house to talk about my projects. He gave me an estimate of $5,000, which I thought was a little high, but all home-improvement companies during the pandemic seem to be charging high prices. I hired Sipes and Son because they have been in business since the year 2000, they perform the services that I needed, and because they had excellent reviews on other websites such as the Better Business Bureau. The work was performed over about one month, because some of the work was for the exterior of my house, and the weather in January and February was snowy. Four workers came to my house off and on, and all of them were very courteous and professional. I feel very happy with the quality of their work. I expect the brick pointing and sealing to prevent rainwater from damaging my bricks and foundation. The pipe column and drywall were my husband's idea, and they probably were not necessary, but at least we can have peace of mind that our floor will always be sturdy. I am strongly considering hiring Sipes and Son to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms.
