They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls.They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. He replastered 2 ceiling holes, and 2 holes by my banister left by the guy who repaired it, and he repaired a huge crack in the ceiling above the stairs that I didn't even ask him to do because I thought it was hopeless. Not for JT! He also expanded a hole in my cabinet so that my new microwave cord could fit, repaired my oven door handle, installed 2 fire alarms and an exhaust fan. When the cord that came with the fan didn't reach the plug, he spliced a 3 prong extension cord and used that instead. Brilliant! He cleaned up everything.
