Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. Their comprehensive in-house design and build approach was unlike that of other contractors, and their cooperative communication was instrumental in developing and meeting our expectations. They made understanding us and our house equal priorities. They educated us about the condition of the house, brought in an engineer, and designed projects around improving and reinforcing the house. They found and corrected issues created by the house's original builder. They work well coordinating their work with other contractors. With one exception, there were no call-backs. A minor installation error discovered years later was cheerfully and promptly fixed as a warranty item, a reflection on their commitment to their clients. When it came time to sell the house, the quality of their work was a strong draw for the buyers. It drew a crowd. They exemplify how a great team can accomplish great results!

After not showing up there was little communication on his end, no response, etc. The steps were finally started in August of 20. The railing wasn't put up until Sept of 20 (took payment), but not completed. Steve has my additional railing pieces & was supposed to finish the job as the manufacturer sent him multiple parts and he confirmed he had the right ones to finish. Then started the 9 month ordeal of him stating he would be out on "X" next week to finish, never came, didn't answer his phone, respond to texts, etc for weeks/months at a time. He had "family" excuses so I tried to be understanding & held off on filing a dispute. He continues to blow me off with constant excuses on why he doesn't show and has asked me to delay filing with the BBB and leaving a negative review, that he "promises" he will be out (and still hasn't showed). I would not recommend going with Precision Cement. While the work they did complete, was standard - the probability of them completing the whole job that was paid for and having the communication skills of anything better than a 3rd grader are slim to none...
