I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then!
