The inspection indicated no problems. I later learned that this company did the original roofing and the inspection. We bought the house and learned quickly that the roof design or installation was inadequate. The roof leaks and caused significant damage to the fireplace facade and the interior wall. I don't believe we had any recourse since they were not our contractor. It's enough for me to contract elsewhere and I would suggest you do also.

We've learned to get lots of estimates and lots of opinions ahead of time. Premier Waterproofing came up a couple times as a recommendation. We had 6 different companies out to look at the project and provide us an estimate. Jed at Premier Waterproofing Group was the 7th. As soon as he left we decided he was the one to go with. We actually had 3 other companies scheduled after him that we cancelled. Most of the other companies were super "saley" and Jed wasn't. Jed was respectful, knowledgeable and instantly we could tell he's just a good guy. A lot of other companies have a set way of doing things and aren't willing to or interested in deviating from their normal. Jed was totally accommodating to everything we wanted to accomplish. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions during our appointment and via phone/text. He also went above and beyond to offer some advice/feedback/guidance on upcoming projects. He also found out that I was promised the game room done last year and offered to squeeze us in between other jobs. Today was our install day and we couldn't be more happy with the experience. Jed and his team arrived and were incredibly professional, skilled and polite the entire time. They also didn't even flinch when we asked them to wear masks while working inside the home which shows how respectful they are. You can also tell the pride they take in their work. Jed couldn't have made it clearer that if we ever need anything or have any problem at all, to reach out to him. He stands behind his work and has an awesome warranty to back it up.
