I also requested several quotes for this work to repair my deck - Alan came in at a very reasonable rate. Much more so than some of the other quotes and the work he did was of high standard. See photo of the time he took to sand the edges of the handrails; he also took special care to choose high quality boards. Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. Beware, this company has gone down hill. I hired Bradley Kemp to build a trex deck for me. The…read morefirst issue was that it took a week longer to do because they were short on help. Upon completion, I had issues with uneven boards and some coming up and a gate that wasn't installed right and wouldn't shut. They did come back to address those issues. My main issue is the fact that i have a section on each side that has privacy fence in place of railing. I didnt realize until the first time the wind blew it apart and I contacted Bradly, that the fence is not trex but another brand. I bought new brackets and hardware to rebuild it and have since rebuilt it 3 times luckily having bought extra materials. I now have 2 fences blown apart. I talked to Bradley, the owner and he said he doesn't use that company anymore and that he would come by in the next day or 2 to look and see what other options I have since that brand is obviously not good quality. He has never come by and the only thing i have gotten from him is a text asking if it is an insurance claim. I said no, given i have a $1000 deductible and wouldn't think it would exceed that. I have since heard nothing after having called and text him about 7-8 times in the past 3 weeks. What really disgusts me is that he knows I have 2 small children and it being a safety concern with it being a 2nd deck. Guess there wasn't enough profit in it for him to help a customer in my situation and was hoping to juice an insurance company for alot more than its worth

We had an iron driveway fence that was desperately in need of replacement. We contacted Penn…read moreFencing of Butler to give us an estimate for a similar replacement. It wasn't going to be a big job, only about 56' of ornamental fencing and Penn Fencing scheduled our Estimator, Charlie to visit a few days after calling them in early March. We received the Estimate a few days later and the pricing was comparable to the other quotes we gathered. Penn Fencing came recommended to us by 3WS's Johnny Hartwell and we went with his advice and selected them for the work. It has only taken five (5) weeks for the materials to arrive and the install to be scheduled. Kevin and his two (2) man crew arrived promptly at 8:30am, to do the work and they were finished in about 90 minutes. No mess, no inconvenience, and they disposed of our old fencing for us. The fence looks great! I did have to go back and tighten a few screws, but it wasn't a big deal. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them for your project.
