I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. I had them install a new roof and gutters on my house last summer. The roof wasn't leaking or having problems just getting old. I had 4" overhangs along the sides of the existing roof. When they were installing the new roof, they informed me that they don't usually do overhangs anymore and asked to remove them. They are the professionals not me so I said okay. In the winter I do get icicles on the dormer but have never had a problem with the water getting into the house. This winter I had a small amount of ice buildup, much smaller than in the past. Because the overhangs were removed the ice reached the fascia and water was able to get behind it and leak into the house. I contacted Buccos roofing and they sent someone to look at it. They said I needed to add a gutter along the dormer to try and keep the ice from getting to the fascia. This is not an ideal solution, but I guess its workable. I was then told I would have to pay for this even though they are the ones that created the problem. They keep saying the roof was installed correctly and it is not there fault. If for over 20 years I have not had water get in then all the sudden it does because the overhangs are gone I would say it's there fault.

Second day, no call, but owner and 1 crew member showed up late and explained that cew is "sick", meanwhile I have half my roof off. Promised not to worry, they will take goid care of me. 2 guys on roof for a few hours then said they'd be back. Went to get ladder, etc. No one came back/called. Owner then said he was going away for 3 weeks and rest of cree not coming back because of serious personal issues. That was a tuesday. No call/no show til Saturday when I hear 4 guys outside. Bob Romea hired 2nd rate sub team that did property damage, mails everywhete. Garbage etc. They worked a few hours. Said they were "too cold". Left without explanation. He wrote a statement that if rood didn't pass inspection, he would rip it out and start over. Mailed me statement then denied then said he couldn't find anyone to inspect roof. He tried to make so many corrections but job is horrible. Another consultant wrote another report, deficient. Took 6 weeks to complete a 2 day job. He yelled at me the whole time. We had been dealing with a leak in our roof that was starting to come into the kitchen, so we were looking for someone who could start the project sooner rather than later. Also, to complicate matters, we wanted new siding on a portion of our house and the back patio suddenly needed be addressed due to wood rot from all the ice/snow this past winter. We interviewed and received quotes from 9 different roofers/companies. Tim, by far, offered the best combination of price, value, solutions, communication and expertise for all of the work that we needed done. Once we agreed to the contract proposal, Tim and his crew came out a week later and got all of the work done in 2 days with the roof portion only taking 1 day of work! It was unbelievable how efficient and effective Tim and his crew were at completing all of the work. Tim also took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns (which were plenty) and was flexible and understanding when we changed our minds and added another job (we wanted the front of our house sided to match the second story portion). Tim and his crew also did a fantastic job protecting our bushes around the house and even our lawn, as recent rainfall had made it quite swampy. Cleanup was very thorough all around our property as well! We consider it quite a blessing that we were able to find Tim to complete all of these projects for us! Even his communication goes above and beyond expectations in terms of response time with text messages or phone calls, and knowing who you are when you contact him. We would trust Tim and his crew to complete any projects we may have for our house in the future!

Tim was the last guy we sat down with. Luckily he did my mother's roof a few years back so she referred him. This is crucial since he doesn't have much advertising and otherwise we would have never known about him. He came out the same day he called me back to take a look at the roof. He put together an estimate and we were pleasantly surprised! About 1/2 of the most expensive bid and almost $1,100 cheaper than the cheapest bid which didn't include an additional roof to be installed over an outdoor structure. We thought we sure hope this isn't too good to be true. Tim and his crew started the job the very next week. The job went off without a hitch! Tim and his crew took just two days to rip off my entire roof and replace it with quality Owens Corning shingles, and put a metal roof on my outdoor structure. They came early, about 7:15 and worked until the job was done. They cleaned up everything and even cleaned our gutters while they were up there! I can't say enough good things about T. Harrer Roofing and Remodeling. They are a young company, but what they lack in age they make up for in professionalism, quality work, and value. Excellent job. Will definitely be using them again for other projects.
